Welcome to Väddö in Norrtälje and this old farm from the early 19th century with a Bullerby feel, where you live comfortably in this charming house renovated in 2012. Here you live surrounded by beautiful meadows and a stone's throw from Lake Bornan with a sandy beach, with a convenient distance to the archipelago, beautiful nature and service! In this lovely farm environment you can find peace and quiet, listen to the silence and birdsong. The accommodation is part of a farmstead. You have your own separate garden with outdoor furniture. In the kitchen there is a nice dining area and an old wood stove, otherwise equipped with what you need. In the bedroom there is a soapstone stove whose crackling fire provides inspiration for reading and conversation in a nice sitting area, as well as two single beds where you sleep comfortably. In the second bedroom you can socialize on two comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for two people. There is also a bunk bed with the remaining two beds. From this bedroom you reach the large bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the entrance there is a guest toilet with sink. The farm is very beautifully situated with the grounds sloping down towards Lake Bornan, close to the Åland Sea and large forests. This is a place designed for relaxation and for those who seek something extra special! You are welcomed by a beautiful cabin on a hill with a generous wooden deck offering various "rooms" and breathtaking views of the archipelago. Inside, the kitchen, dining area, and living room come together in an open space with stunning views of the sea and untouched nature. The small kitchen allows you to cook while gazing out at the sea, equipped with two induction hobs, a combined oven/microwave, coffee maker, and other essentials. The kitchen opens up to the living area and dining table. Here, you can listen to music via Sonos AirPlay. Further in, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed for two (140 cm wide) and a smart TV. The bedroom has its own door leading directly to the wood-fired hot tub, which also features a bubble function. On the ground floor, there's a stylish bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There are two additional sleeping spaces in the cozy loft, which you reach via a ladder. The ladder is somewhat steep and lacks a handrail, so please be careful. The loft has limited headroom but is very comfortable for sleeping. A large terrace surrounds the entire house, complete with a lounge area where you can watch the sunset, a dining table for enjoyable dinners, a charcoal grill, and sun loungers by the hot tub and sauna. The sauna is accessible from the outside next to the hot tub, and both the hot tub and sauna are wood-fired. There's also an outdoor shower with hot water for those who want to enjoy a refreshing shower in the open air while listening to the birdsong! Good to know! The owner has a summer house next to the cabin and is occasionally there, but most of your outdoor space is secluded with views of the sea. The owner also has a charging station for electric cars via Wallbox, which you can use, but you will need to pay for the actual consumption on-site. There is also a basketball court that you pass when driving to the house, and you're welcome to use it! Just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy a secluded swim in the sea from the cliffs, where you can also fish. If you prefer a sandy beach, Sandvikens camping is about 1 km away.
