Lovely cottage outside Loftahammar with its own private swimming area. Here you can enjoy a cooling bath from the rocks or the jetty in the magically beautiful bay. Enjoy the peaceful walk along the forest path that leads here, directly from the back of the house. Here at the cottage, you can really gather energy and just enjoy the forest, the sea and the peace that prevails. The cottage has a large garden of over 5,000 square meters that faces the forest. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely furnished with a dining area. The stove and dishwasher are of a smaller model. You have a large living room with a dining area and sofa furniture by the wood stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with four single beds. Here is also the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Fires are only allowed in the stove in the living room. Own firewood included. Water comes from our own well and can therefore have an aftertaste. Municipal water can be collected at the fire station. Water cans are available in the house. It is about 10 km to the summer idyll of Loftahammar. Here you can enjoy restaurants, boating, a cozy atmosphere and nice bathing spots. You are also close to the summer town of Västervik, where you have a large selection of restaurants, shopping and events during the summer. Here you can also find the popular Lysingsbadet with a nice beach and water park that the children usually love. A spa day with lunch at Gränsö Spa is also recommended. Tour boats depart from both Loftahammar and Västervik to take you on lovely archipelago tours. Good to know: The water is from an own well. It is drinkable but may have an aftertaste. Potable/municipal water is collected at the fire station. Instructions can be found in the cabin's guest folder well on site. Wi-Fi is included, but max. 10 GB per day.

This cozy house is located on one of Sweden's most beautiful archipelagos 18th century. The old style is preserved with bright, comfortable furniture. Nice little porch under a roof with benches. From the house and the garden you have a nice lake view. Downstairs there is a large, lovely living room. People like to gather here in the evenings for pleasant moments. Adjacent is the nice one glazed outside porch with dining area and direct exit to the garden. Charming kitchen with good standard appliances, fresh shower with washing machine. Bedrooms are upstairs, one of which is smaller. Please note: Limited ceiling height throughout the house, approx. 1.82 m. The small path leads down to the sea about 300 m and to the municipal the bathing beach with sandy beach, large grassy areas and substantial piers. Perfect for sunny, warm lazy days. For golf enthusiasts is there a 9-hole course close by. Take the family to the picturesque town of Västervik, about 60 km away many summer events and annual music festival. For the little one the summer resort of Loftahammar is only 2 km away. There is a marina, restaurant and a very nice bakery here. A nice day trip can be to visit Astrid Lingren's World in Vimmerby, approx. 80 km. At Tättö camping very close by there are pedal boats, canoes, mini golf, bike rental and boat for rent. On the east coast of the small charming town of Loftahammar is this newly built fine house. The house is located as the last house on a small street above the center and the marina. The house breathes new and fresh and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. From the hallway extends the room with large TV and a kitchen with a bar counter between the kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. From the room, the door opens to the large terrace where you can lie and enjoy in the sun loungers fully protected or enjoy the meals from the barbecue at the garden table. From the deck deck is also the guest cottage which is great for the slightly larger children or if you are traveling two couples. The cottage has two beds and here you also have a small kitchen part, all in the same open space. The center is about 700 meters and there are shops and restaurants, and below the center is the marina where you can watch the boat life or sit down at one of the harbor restaurants. If you want to go to one of the islands nearby, archipelago traffic from Loftahammar in the summer, and there are also restaurants and swimming opportunities The golf course is close to the center and swimming is the closest 4km, and if you go outside Loftahammar there are many baths to choose from and even fishing if you want to try it.
