Here you live in a charming cottage from the middle of the 18th century located on the fantastic Östegården. A lovely farm with chickens and a dog that lives together with the farm's friendly owner. An accommodation with proximity to animals, peaceful nature and the cooling sea, everything you need for a wonderful holiday. This charming cottage on two levels welcomes you with a pleasant hall where you reach a small bathroom with wc, sink and shower. Further in, you reach the heart of the house, a large kitchen with a beautiful wood stove that adorns the room. Here there is, among other things, a fridge/freezer, two hotplates and a smaller oven. Dining table for pleasant dinners. From the kitchen and hall you reach a beautiful and calming bedroom with a bed for two. You reach the upper floor from the hall via a somewhat steep staircase that is not child-friendly and should be used with caution. Here there is a comfortable bedroom with two beds. The house faces a beautiful courtyard which is surrounded by the remaining houses on the farm, including the owner's house, barn and hen house. Adjacent to the cabin is outdoor furniture and a grill that you can use for pleasant moments with the birds singing in the background. On Björkö you have the sea close at hand and all its bathing opportunities it brings. In a short walk you reach Marums Badplats, a sandy beach with a bathing jetty and playground. There are also beautiful walking paths in the Marums Nature Reserve. Väddö offers several places to eat, regardless of age and interests, from Simpnäs you can take boats to explore other parts of the archipelago. If you wish to see something different and experience a bit more big city life, a trip to Stockholm City is a good fit. Please note that this is a farm with animals, so you can count on different sounds and that the owner will pass across the yard. The stairs up to the upper floor are not suitable for children. Welcome to this little house on idyllic "Björkö". The cottage is delightfully charming on two floors and the sea is right below with both a jetty and a sandy beach. The view and the environment are wonderful and just right for those who want to live in a real archipelago environment. The road here takes you through a lovely winding archipelago settlement and there is a lot to look at during your trip here. The large house with a wonderful view has been successively renovated and has a wood stove in the living room and a wood stove in the kitchen. The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and beautiful living room on the entrance floor, where the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is also located. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed 120 cm. Up here there is also a cozy little sofa where you can watch TV. The guest house which is right next door is also very fresh and contains a double bed, toilet and kitchenette. You share the adjoining plot with the owners (who will partly be in another location), but you have plenty of private space around the house and can feel completely undisturbed. Enjoy the sea view on the nice balcony, where you like to eat both breakfast and dinner. If you want to relax, there is the wood-burning sauna and outdoor hot tub, which is paid for on site after agreement with the home owner. However, a fire ban must be season is followed. There is also a rowing boat and canoe/canadian to borrow. Please note that life jackets must be brought, they are not provided. You may not launch your own boats on the property as it is not built for that. Next to the site there is a nature reserve and Marumsbadet "Smultronställe" with long shallow sandy beach, jetties, swimming school and playground. Feel free to take a walk in the surroundings and enjoy the beautiful landscape, go to flea markets or visit the popular Edblad in Gåsvik (restaurant and jewelry/furniture store). Waxholmsbolaget operates two piers on Björkö, so the possibility of going out into the archipelago or into Stockholm is great. The house, the plot and the beach radiate harmony and holiday feeling, you will enjoy yourself here!
