A wonderfully functional and comfortable little cabin with a wooden deck that has room for deckchairs and an electric grill. Here you will find silence and stillness on a sunny plot with lots of blueberry rice and close to the golf course, the sea, swimming, ice cream, shop and several restaurants. The cottage is divided into two parts. In one part there is a bedroom with 2 single beds with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers as well as a bathroom and sauna. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, sink and toilet as well as a sauna. Hot and cold water and underfloor heating. We kindly ask our tenants to be frugal with water consumption with regard to availability and the environment. There is a mosquito net for the window. In the other part there is a kitchen and family room. The kitchen has a fridge and freezer, micro dishwasher, dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is on shared land with the host but is separated by a trellis with ivy. Mobile coverage is good and wifi is available. Both parts can be accessed by door from the outside. However, there is a door between the bedroom and bathroom so that you can unashamedly use the bathroom and toilet if you come from outside. You can go to Gästis by bus 626 from Danderyd or by Waxholmsbåt to Linanäs jetty. There are lovely walking paths in the area. It is 1.6 km to Linanäs, where there is a mini life, guest harbor and restaurants. In the north of Ljusterö, about 1 mile, is Ljusterö square with grocery store, restaurants, post office agent, system company, pharmacy and more. About 7.5 km to Ljusterö Golf with an 18-hole course. About 1 km to the sports ground with soccer field, tennis courts, padel court, outdoor gym, boules court, table tennis, mini tennis, agility course. In northern Ljusterö/Östra Lagnö there is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age towards the outer parts of the archipelago. From the ferry stop on the mainland side, you can take a boat to various excursion destinations in the wonderful archipelago. Bicycles can be taken on the boat. The lovely summer town of Norrtälje is about 3 miles away. Wira bruk is a couple of km away on the mainland. ATTENTION! The pool on the property is private and therefore not available to guests.

Stay in a very pleasant cottage built in 2023, featuring a large covered patio and a beautiful view of the lush garden. Just a stone's throw from the sea in two directions, only a few hundred meters away, and close to a lake and beautiful archipelago nature! The accommodation welcomes you with its large patio and lovely window sections with sliding doors that create beautiful light in the cottage. An open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are combined. Modern kitchen with induction hob with two plates and a combined oven and microwave. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 cm wide and one room with two beds in a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. The cottage is on the same plot as the owner's house, but you have access to the part adjacent to the cottage. There are electric fences in parts of the yard. You can reach the island via a free car ferry from Östanå ferry terminal. Start your day with a lovely dip in the sea and then explore Ljusterö or why not take the boat (Vaxholmsbolaget) from Linanäs to Vaxholm. Beautiful nature and fine walking paths in the area and in nature reserves at Östra Lagnö, Själbottna. At Ljusterö Torg, you can shop, enjoy a good lunch or ice cream - there is also a nice Cheese & Deli shop! A warm welcome to this gem!

Beautiful view and 150 m to fantastic swimming. A pleasant and functional house with large windows facing the wonderful view. Below the plot is the public swimming area with sandy beach, bathing rocks, lagoon, swimming raft. Enjoy peace and quiet and clean air. The house is well equipped with two bathrooms, a new fully tiled bathroom upstairs with wc, shower. The second bathroom is downstairs and is a bit older, tiled with shower and toilet. The upper floor of the house has an open floor plan and the entrance is on this floor. The kitchen is small but equipped with a ceramic hob, fan, microwave, convection oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hot and cold water. In the living room there is a day bed with two beds, wood stove for a cozy fire, sofa group with TV, DVD and radio and large dining table. Large terrace with awning, outdoor furniture and barbecue facing the sea. Downstairs consists of just one room and bathroom. The stairs down are narrow and have a low ceiling, there is a childproof gate in the stair opening. But in this room it is always cool and nice. Double bed 180 cm and a single bed. Air source heat pump for both heating and cooling. The plot is shared with the host, but it is far between the houses, the host's house is not visible and you are on your own. Own well with very good drinking quality of the water. It has happened that wells have sunk in the archipelago. We therefore kindly ask our tenants to be careful with water consumption with regard to access and the environment. Mobile coverage is good. High chair and travel cot are available in the cabin. Ljusterö has a lot to offer. At Ljusterö square there is a grocery store, pharmacy representative, system company and post office, restaurants, deli. In Linanäs there are two restaurants, a guest harbor and a grocery store on the pier. The steamer S/S Storskär also docks here on weekday evenings and also other Waxholm boats. The bus runs from Danderyd hospital to Ljusterö. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer, the crossing takes 10 minutes.
