Welcome to a wonderful house at Solliden/Borgholm, located in the cozy idyllic Borgehage where you only have a 1200m walk down to the nice swimming area with a jetty. Here you can really enjoy the peace and quiet while having Borgholm and Köpingsvik close by. To Borgholm (4.5km) there is a smaller road via Solliden and Borgholm Castle Ruins. In the large, pleasant garden you have several nice patios. So why not enjoy the morning sun in the secluded patio at the front, have lunch under the large pear tree. Seek afternoon shade on the patio by the lilac arbor and enjoy the evening sun on the magically beautiful patio made of Öland stone. There are also sun loungers where you can lean back and enjoy the day. You have an open kitchen with a nice dining area where you can prepare your meals. In the beautiful living room, the ceiling is open up to the eaves, which gives a lovely space and airiness. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of the TV. In the main house there is a beautiful bedroom where you sleep in a comfortable double bed. There is also a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed one floor up. Note that there is a steep staircase to the loft and that the ceiling is low. The sofa in the living room can be made into a sofa bed. In the garden there is a nice guest house with a double bed. The bathroom with washing machine is cleverly placed so that it can also be reached via a door from the outside for those sleeping in the guest house. 3 bicycles in existing condition are on site. You are responsible for these and must return them in good condition. The house is not rented to young people under 25 years of age. Nor for loud parties. Not allowed to charge electric cars. If you want larger beaches, Köpingsvik is close. Kappeludden on the eastern side is also recommended. In the vicinity there is Solliden with its fine Slottscafé and Borgholm's astonishing castle ruins. On the spacious terrace there is outdoor furniture to eat meals at or relax in. The bright home has an open plan with a sofa bed in one part of the room and a kitchen for self-catering in the other part. There is kitchen equipment and a dining table with chairs for 4 people. A lounge chair with a footstool for extra relaxation and plenty of storage space. An attic ladder to the sleeping loft with limited ceiling height only has mattresses on the floor and is recommended for children of an appropriate age. The tiled bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower cabin. A short walk from the house there is a beautiful view with outdoor furniture that is made for a cozy evening at sunset over Karlskrona. From here a slope down to the jetty with additional furniture to sit at and a barbecue to use. The bathing ladder makes it easy to get down for a swim in the lovely sea with a sandy bottom. A more child-friendly beach a short drive away is in Trummenäs. A summer open restaurant and Viking village can be visited at the bridgehead on the neighboring island of Senoren. The archipelago traffic boats also depart from here, which easily take you into Karlskrona city. Attractions such as the Marine Museum can be highly recommended.
