There are nice walking paths along the sea where you can enjoy lovely lazy walks or refreshing runs. You have a large house with an accompanying guest cottage at your disposal. In the garden there are two balconies. One of the balconies is next to the houses. The other balcony deck with pergola is in the garden. There is a lot of fun for the children here so there is time to sit down and enjoy the holiday when the children play. The house has a large open living room, with living room, dining area, kitchen and stove. Here the roof is open up to the ridge which gives an airy and lovely space. A steep staircase takes you up to a cozy sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed. There are three additional bedrooms, each equipped with a single bed. Nice house with a heated pool in Skammelstorp where you can really enjoy the peace and nature. It is close to Kalmar (20km) where you can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, shopping and culture. The house has a wonderfully secluded location and a large, lovely garden surrounded by a stream. There are two nice terraces where you can enjoy. One terrace deck with the pool is located by the house with a view of the garden and the forest. Then there is another large terrace deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue down in the garden. In the nice garden there are plenty of goodies that you are welcome to taste. There are grapes, strawberries, wild strawberries, gooseberries, currants, raspberries, herbs, etc. In the forest there are plenty of mushrooms and berries when the season allows. You have nice walking trails and ponds nearby. The nearest one is about 300m from the house. The house has a fresh kitchen with a dining area and most of what you may need. In the nice living room there is a nice sofa in front of the TV and the stove. There is a patio door out onto the wonderful patio deck with pool. In the main house there are three bedrooms. One with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is a beautiful glassed-in room with curtains where you sleep in a 120cm wide bed. In the third room there is a single bed that is 80cm wide. In the living room there is a large sofa that can be made up with a latex mattress into a 140cm wide bed. Then there is a guest cabin without electricity with a 140cm wide sofa bed. In the bathroom there is also a washing machine and dryer. There are a variety of excursion destinations to choose from. It is close to sea bathing, the Kingdom of Crystal, moose safari in Nybro and Kalmar Castle to give a few examples. A day trip to the sun and windy island of Öland is also popular. The cottage is located in a smaller holiday home area and here you will experience the peace and quiet with the forest at your fingertips. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children with proximity to all attractions on the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. The entrance to the cottage is at the back. First there is a spacious bathroom with shower. The kitchen is open with a dining area and next to an open room that has a pull-out bed with two beds. There is also a cot. The living room is bright with large glass panels and access to the outdoor room. Here there is a comfortable sofa and a stove to make a fire in if you stay here on a bit chilly days. The bedroom has a generous double bed and here there is also access to a terrace that gives you morning sun and a little coolness in the evening. The glazed outdoor room has comfortable seating. At the front of the house you have a very spacious terrace on two levels with several lovely outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Part of the terrace has a large awning. In part of the adjacent garage building there is a guest room with a spacious family bed. The plot is beautifully nestled by lovely flowering shrubs and has the forest as a neighbor. The lawn offers space for all the family's activities. In the area there are nice walks on landscaped paths in the forest around the cottage. Nearby there is a community facility with an outdoor pool, tennis court and playground. The pool is only open in summer. There is a sauna in the ladies' and gentlemen's changing rooms. Follow the instructions and prompts on the plastic. Right next to the cottage area is Lake Västersjön and here there is a great public swimming area with a bathing jetty, changing rooms and barbecue areas. Lake Västersjön has a good fish stock of pike, zander, perch, tench, bream and eel. A fishing license is required. You can also rent a boat here. Enjoy coffee and a lovely view of Lake Västersjön. Nearby is Djurholmen Nature Reserve with several nice hiking trails and coffee and barbecue areas. Just on the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen where you can ski in the winter and cycle downhill in the summer. At Kungsbygget you can go tobogganing in the summer. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away is the beautiful town of Ängelholm with small, cozy shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach. This cottage is not rented to youth groups.

Take a trip across the border to Norway and Halden for a visit to Fredriksten Fortress or why not to Strömstad, a city by the sea with a wide selection of activities during the summer, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are located close to each other and if you feel like a salty, cooling dip in the summer heat, it is a short distance to the sea, cliffs and swimming, feel free to take one of the bathing boats out to one of the islands in the Strömstad archipelago. From Strömstad there is also a ferry out to the Kosteröarna, Sweden's westernmost islands with a permanent population.

In this beautiful landscape outside Sandhem you will find this charming croft which is part of Tunarps Säteri – Sweden's equestrian paradise. It is rolling hills that shape the hilly landscape in the surroundings, which really invite you to go out and discover on foot or in a saddle. The building has been carefully renovated to retain its original character while modern amenities have been added to create a perfect getaway for rental and a nice holiday stay for a family or group of people. You are welcomed through the white door into a small hall. To the left the living room opens up where new meets the older charm. Here there are two single beds on either side of the room. In the middle is the dining room table with a solid kitchen sofa. It feels like living in a doll's house. Very homely and cute. You have to watch out for the high thresholds in the floors and the ceiling is 1.95 cm high. The kitchen straight ahead has everything you could need. There is a dishwasher, electric stove with hotplates, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In the small door straight in from the kitchen - there you will find a freezer and cleaning supplies. The bathroom is completely bright, spacious and modern. There is a shower cabin, toilet and sink. The stairs up are a bit steep so be careful if you have small children or be careful if you have problems walking. Up here is another cozy corner with a sofa and armchairs. Inside the house hides the bedroom with a double bed. Up here is a sloping ceiling and where they saved the old beams from the original croft. The croft has a classic Swedish red facade with white knots, a nice blue sign on the gable of the house that gives an inviting and warm feeling. Outside the cottage there is a seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening with good friends. The house is nicely and modernly furnished with a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The house has a bedroom with a 140 bed and a daybed in the living room. A nice fully tiled bathroom with toilet, massage shower and washing machine is available. Between the bedroom and the living room there is a small kitchen and a kitchen table with two chairs. From the terrace you have a lovely undisturbed view of a large lawn for games and play, here you also look out over fruit trees and berry bushes.
