Broadband and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. The private plot is beautifully framed with private fence and gate. There are three large patios with garden furniture and parasols, one of which is under cover and here there is a large gas grill. The nice beach is only 30m away. Put on the bathrobe and take both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. Mellby shopping center is within easy reach. To the north is Mellbystrand with its beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. To the south you have the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. There are also several lovely hiking trails on Hallandsåsen. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. Please note: Youth groups under 25-years old are not allowed to book this cottage. Not allowed to charge electric cars on the plot. Electric car charging is available at Maxi, a couple of kilometers from the house.

Experience Sommen, a small picturesque cottage on a lake plot in Helgebo with a guest house and its own jetty. (Not a sandy beach, next to the jetty there is a stonier part with shallow water, otherwise bathing from the jetty with a bathing ladder is recommended. Fantastic view, good swimming and scenic surroundings. Lake Sommen is located in the heart of Sommenbygd on the border between Småland and Östergötland. Sommen is one of the most beautiful and clearest lakes in Sweden and has its own species of fish, the Sommenrödingen.There are around 365 larger and smaller islands in the lake. The cottage has a quiet and peaceful location with a covered terrace where you can enjoy beautiful days. You are greeted by an open living room with wood burning stove and dining area. A narrow staircase leads you up to the sleeping loft with two beds, next to the living room is an open kitchen and in the corner of the kitchen is a bunk bed with a 120 cm and a 90 cm bed. For those who want to hike, there is the Östgötaleden, kayaking or canoeing, boating or a nice swim is appreciated. The shores are sandy and shallow, but there are also steep and mountainous parts that are beautiful and grand. At Torpön's ferry stop, 1 km away, you take the ferry over, which runs once / half an hour and is free for pedestrians. Combining the best of land and sea, here there is a restaurant and ice cream parlor and many activities. The high-altitude track is popular with a climbing wall and a cable car finish, here you can rent a canoe or kayak. For the cultural or shopping enthusiast, it is worth visiting Tranås and Vadstena. In Tranås, you can experience shopping in small unique shops and have a coffee or lunch in cozy cafes and restaurants. Vadstena 6 miles away, a creative history is a valued destination that welcomes many visitors. Here you find yourself in the middle of history, among castles, monasteries and medieval buildings. If you want a larger swimming area, there is Stenåsabadet 7km away with a nice shallow sandy beach, summer restaurant and adventure golf as well as a bird tower for bird watching. Here there are lands with rich plant and animal life. Ottenby is also nearby for day trips. You have about 2 miles to both Mörbylånga and Färjestaden, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Gårdby Kafé & Lanthandel with its garden cafe and interior design shop is a popular destination. You live close to nature in the eastern part of Tiveden, Sweden's southernmost wilderness, in this spacious house. There are many nature experiences and cultural-historical sites to visit. Askersund with its picturesque city center and lovely walking paths can be reached in fifteen minutes by car. The living room is large and has room for many and provides space for social moments. If you want to relax for a while in front of the TV, it's fine here. The bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, wc and washing machine, is located downstairs. You reach the upper floor through a rather steep staircase and here you will find two bedrooms with double beds in each room, adjacent to the rooms is the hall where you have a stove that can spread cozy warmth. A stone's throw away you will find the spacious guest house where there are two single beds, from the guest house's small veranda you have a beautiful view down to the lake and the wood-burning sauna. On the outside veranda there is also a smaller glazed conservatory. Down by the lake is the rowing boat that gives you the opportunity to discover the Baltic Sea from the lake side. The boat also has an electric motor that takes you around the Baltic Sea at a comfortable pace. A stone-paved patio suitable for pleasant coffee breaks is located right down by the lake, and you can easily swim from the jetty where there is a bathing ladder. Here there are many nice hiking trails and fantastic nature to see. In the summer months, those traveling with children can take the opportunity to visit High Chaparral, which is only 10km away. It's a wild west experience for the whole family. All in a genuine Wild West environment with bison oxen, train robberies, steamers, gold panning, cowboys, shows and theater and much, much more. If you want to go on an adventure, you will find Isaberg Mountain Resort 20 km away, with bike paths, toboggan run, hiking trails and much more. There is something for all tastes and levels and is well worth a visit, or several! In the winter with snow, Isaberg also has a ski slope, but whatever the season, there are plenty of things to do here. For those interested in golf, there is also Isaberg's golf club. The golf club has 2 18 hole golf courses, as well as a 6 hole short hole course which is a Pay & Play course.

Perfect summer house in good condition with sea view in Sandvik on Öland! Here it is only 75m down to the beautiful pebble beach and 100m to the sandy beach. Sandvik is a marine idyll where the sea, Alvaret, the sun and the winds meet. The well-preserved old fishing camp has developed into the charming popular guest harbor/resort it is today. You have a sea view from the whole house, even in the pleasant sauna, which has a window facing Sandvik's harbour. Nice, large terrace facing the sea with outdoor furniture a grill where you can enjoy your evenings. Here you can see the sun as it sets so beautifully into the sea. You sleep well in a smaller double bed of 1.40 and in a single bed. Kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, kettle and coffee maker and fridge with icebox. Small bathroom with shower and sauna. The house is next to the owners' summer house with a wall that separates it, but please note that they park their car next to your house on the side of the balcony. Here you can enjoy taste experiences with a fantastic view of "Sandvik's Fisk och Hamnkök" and "Hamnkrogen". You also have the Nordics' largest windmill, "Sandviks Kvarn", where Öland specialties such as "kroppkakor" and lufsa, but also pizza and kebabs are served. There is mini golf and a trampoline for the children, as well as a museum where you can explore the tall mill. There are also ice cream cafes, one just below the house. So why not enjoy a good ice cream on one of Sandvik's beautiful pebble beaches. It is 3.5 miles to Byxelkrok, which is also a really nice holiday paradise, here you can enjoy strolling around the small shops down by the boathouses or enjoy a bite to eat in one of the many restaurants. It is 3 miles to Böda's wide sandy beaches, which are well worth a visit for those who want to enjoy sun and swimming. To Borgholm, where there is a larger selection and much to explore, you have 3 miles.

Charming cottage from the 19th century in Halltorp (Kalmar municipality) with shared garden. The cottage has a beautiful bedroom with three beds where you have an open space up to the roof ridge. Open nicely furnished living room with dining table, comfortable chaise longue and sofa bed for two people. Kitchen of simpler standard, with bench stove, 3 plates and microwave. Bathroom of a simpler standard with wc, sink and shower. You have a large garden of 4000 square meters which is shared with the house owner, a nice family with children. There is outdoor furniture here, slightly hidden from view in front of the house. Leashed, child-friendly pets are welcome. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottage or in the garden. An unmanned shop is located very close to the cottage. If you want a bigger store, there are in Söderåkra and Vassmolösa. You have Halltorp's beautiful medieval church up close to view. You also have Stufvenäs Gästgifveri with fantastic food and a nice spa where you can enjoy just the day. It is only 5km to sea bathing in Ekenäs and 8km to a wonderful, shallow white sand beach called Fulvik. Popular Villa Famiglia offers taste experiences in a Mediterranean environment. Värnanäs is a manor house with extensive park facilities. Here is Engelska Parken with its lush greenery, nice walking paths, ponds and bridges. The Värnanäs archipelago nature reserve is an area of sea east of Halltorp and is considered one of the most important places in Sweden for harbor seals. If you're lucky, you can see them. In Germundslycke there is a well-visited farm shop. For those interested in nature, there is also the Stufvenäseken, which is Småland's second largest oak with a circumference of 9.7m. You have 30 km to Kalmar with its large cultural, shopping and restaurant selection. Here you have the astonishing Kalmar Castle, which is well worth a visit. The children usually appreciate Skälby Gård with its animals and playgrounds. Also, don't miss driving over the bridge to the "island of the sun and winds" Öland, which is a must-visit. Here you also have Öland's Zoo with its animals, funfair and water park, which is popular for children.

A pleasant and peaceful holiday home in a lovely forest area right next to a small lake. The cottage is located separately and beautifully embedded in the forest and with a view of the small Gårdsjön. Here you will experience the peace and quiet and the generous plot has everything you could wish for for all your family activities. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children. The older part of the cottage has a toilet. The kitchen is quite small but has all the equipment. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa and dining table. A wood-burning stove gives you pleasant warmth if the evenings are a bit chilly. There is a TV with chromecast, but no channels. The bedroom here has a double bed (140cm wide). From the living room is the exit to a spacious glazed conservatory. In a newer part of the cottage there is a large bright bedroom with two single beds and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. From the bedroom there is a large glass section with double doors. Here you wake up and fall asleep with a feeling of being in nature. From the front of the cottage you have a lovely view of the small lake. The plot is large and slightly hilly, but fenced with a fence and gate. Excellent for those on holiday with a dog. There is a very special little terrace with a lovely view of the lake. From the outside of the plot along the edge of the forest you have just a short walk to the small jetty where you can fish. The farm lake has both perch and pike. Fishing is free. There are several lovely walking paths in the forest around the cottage. The nature with its lakes is very beautiful and there is plenty of game in the rhythm, even moose are seen from time to time. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant town centre. A good selection of shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest is Wittsjö golf club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few kilometres north, at Markaryd, is the moose park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. On the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away is the beautiful town of Ängelholm with small, pleasant shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach.
