The house is only 35 km from the beautiful town of Västervik and 20 km from Loftahammar. It is a tasteful farm that is well preserved and you rent the whole house but the upper floor is not decorated. There are two entrances to the house, kitchen and large living room with a bed and the possibility of an extra bed. WC with shower and washing machine. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a bed for slightly smaller children. On the side of the house there is a terrace with seating area and barbecue. The plot is shared with the owner. The house is well located for activities and excursions to find things for the family and there is something for everyone. Welcome to a very nice and incredibly tasteful completely renovated (2022) cabin. Here you live really well with all the comforts for a wonderful holiday. An airy cabin that invites you to many good evenings both indoors and outdoors. In addition, you also have a garden of just over 1,000 square meters so the children can play and the activities are unlimited. Once inside the door, you have a spacious entrance with room for clothes and shoes. Next to the hall you have the high standard bathroom and washing machine. The kitchen has all conceivable amenities such as a dishwasher and here you can happily prepare a good breakfast or dinner. The lakes offer fine water for those who prefer to swim. Welcome to Skärhamn on Tjörn in beautiful Bohuslän with proximity to both salty baths, nature and the harbor that in the summer is buzzing with life and movement. The cottage is bright and nice and has an alcove in the living room with a single bed that is 120cm. There is a divan sofa that for the evening is easily made into a double bed 140cm and an extra bed 80cm to place next to. Spacious dining table with seating for 6 people and a high chair for the youngest traveler. Here everyone can sit and enjoy meals where the door is open and outside be able to take part in the wonderful summer feeling. Welcome to Klövedal A lovely natural area with the cultural landscape at Pilane on the west side of Tjörn. Eight hectares of natural area with works of art under the open sky. Here the sheep graze freely and keep the landscape open. Both flint stones and about 90 judge's rings, standing stones and stone settings from the Iron Age can be viewed. The house is only a couple of hundred meters from Pilane and from here you can easily hike, cycle and go on adventures, both to Kyrkesund, Härön and surrounding towns such as Rönnäng and Skärhamn. Entrance from the front with spacious hall with lots of storage. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the second room with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is 120cm and the upper 80cm. In this room there is a lovely IR sauna for 2 people and a simple home gym for those who want to work out on holiday. Welcome to Germundebyn – a part of beautiful Bengtsfors where the Dalsland Canal flows through the town of Bengtsfors and there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails, magnificent nature with dense forest and with rich wildlife. Outside the cottage, deer graze and if you are lucky, both moose and fox can sneak forward. In the pond below the house lives a small duck family that builds nests in the reeds. The cottage is located in rural idyll and with only 8 min picture ride to the clear lake Edslan which is a nice bathing place with café and restaurant next door. You are welcomed by a comfortable terrace in a sunny position with a patio door. The décor and wallpaper is of mixed older 1970s style with where one bedroom is wallpapered in 2021. The entrance is on the long side and you have a long hall. On the left is the first bedroom with a single bed 120 cm. On the right is a spacious bathroom. Facilities include a washing machine, sink and toilet. The toilet is an older variant of mulltoa. The sauna is out of order. Straight ahead, the large living room opens up. Once inside the cottage you have a spacious hall and a bathroom with all amenities. Further in there is bedroom number 1 with two single beds (90cm). Snug and a warm feeling with beamed ceilings. The kitchen is spacious and here you can easily cook the dinners and bake good buns for the coffee. There is also a washing machine to make your stay even more comfortable. For those who appreciate swimming, fishing, walking or cycling, you have so much beautiful as you want. Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpssjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skånes Djurpark, Fulltofta Naturcentrum, Bosjökloster and a nice golf course (Degeberga GK). At Vaxsjön there is also the opportunity to rent a boat for a small amount. If you get enough of fresh water and want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Skåne, Yngsjöstrand is excellent. Along the coast towards Österlen you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik on Eklaholm and much much more. The farmhouse is located near the owner's farm but has its own entrance and a large spacious balcony with views of beautiful nature. From the entrance you enter a small hall and there is a large bathroom with washing machine. The kitchen is tasteful and well equipped with a wood stove. The living room is partly open up in the nock. There is a section with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove and a modern TV with viasat's channel selection. Here you live a tastefully decorated barn from the beginning of the 20th century with generous surfaces and high ceilings. The entrance faces the farm's common large lawn with a few single neighbors who live all year round. A large and lovely kitchen with large dining area centrally located and high chair. To the right is a bedroom with two single beds that are each 80cm. Living room with sofa and armchairs with access to both the front and to the private balcony with outdoor furniture. Via a steeper staircase you reach a large and lovely loft with two sofas and armchairs and a lovely view via large windows out over the courtyard. Small children are not recommended as the stairs are steep and there is no gate. There is a common laundry room for everyone who lives on the farm to use.
