The plot is well hilly and you get there with a staircase up to the top where the accommodation is located. There is an incredible view with its own vantage point over the sea with a bench. The house is combined with simpler style and with more modern elements. You enter the back by the comfortable terrace. There is a dining table for dinners in the shade when the sun is on. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and the kitchen area is since 2021 with induction stove. The house has summer water with hot and cold water. The living room is brightly furnished with pleasant style. Here is a cozy stove that makes the season longer and that crackles well if you want to come here in spring or autumn. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a seating pouf. Next door is a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. You can glimpse the sea from the window. Straight out there are large windows with sliding doors where you can open up and go straight out into the garden and to the comfortable seating area. The stairs are inviting to a cup of coffee in the morning. In the living room there is a small flap table for breakfast if you do not want to eat it outdoors. The red fine ladder up leads you to the loft. Here those with older children can live and they can hang out by themselves. There is no railing and the ladder is steep. Up there you can see the sea from the comfortable sofa that you can also sleep in. A perfect corner to read in. In the opposite direction, a single bed stands facing the forest. There is no bathroom which makes the house a simpler accommodation with a charm. Outside the entrance is a washing corner, as in the past where you take water out of the kitchen and wash off. The shower is an outdoor shower with a garden hose that is plugged in and there is both hot and cold water. Nice relaxation with nature next door. The toilet is an honest water toilet located in the small red house next door. It looks like an outing but is a regular toilet. In the space next door are all cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and more. The garden is lush green and the accommodation suits those who want the simple and charming with proximity to swimming, sea and everything that the west coast has to offer. Perfect for the small party with about 3-4 people, this is a very cozy accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly, not for those with difficulty walking or for those with really young children as it is close to mountains. The house is located high on a mountain but if you have children are happy to supervise them when they walk to the view, for example. Below is a nice swimming spot and you can go out on the island to get more privacy. In the historic Gustavsberg is the cold bath house with a fine sandy beach and grassy areas. Welcome to a cozy and quiet holiday home near forest and water in Östergötland. The plot is 1,000 square meters and has large open areas to socialize and enjoy incredibly beautiful nature with the forest close by. Start the day with a morning dip in the pool or a swim in Lake Drögen, which is 1 km away, known for its clear water and sandy beach. If you don't want to take the car, bicycles are also available. The large cabin consists of four rooms and a kitchen with an open dining area in the center, next to it is the living room where there is a sofa bed for two and a fireplace that you can burn in and a wood stove in the kitchen. At the secluded back of the cottage there is a large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue, all nestled and protected in lush greenery. In a storage building on the plot there is a washing machine. In the area there are ftheir walks on landscaped paths in the forest around the cottage. Only about 200m away there is a gemensamhetsanläggning with outdoorpool, tennis court and playground. The swimming pool is only open in summer. Saunas are available in the women's and men's dressing rooms, respectively. Follow the instructions and prompts on plastic. Right next to the cottage area is Västersjön and there is a great public bathing area with a bathing jetty, changing rooms and barbecue areas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful town with small, cozy shops, the beautiful homestead park and its long beach. This cottage is not suitable for rent to youth groups.

The house shares land with the homeowner who has horses on the farm and they live in the house next door. They also offer simple breakfast to order and this too is booked on site. The house is comfortably furnished, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a sofa group on the upper floor. On the lower floor there is a modern and pleasant kitchen, living room and a glazed conservatory, with access to the sun deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Just inside the entrance door is a WC and wash basin. From the kitchen you reach the shower room, equipped with curtains for privacy. The homeowner lives in a separate part of the house. The house is set on a dairy farm with 20 cows. It is surrounded by pastures, fields, and woodlands. Chances are you will spot elk, deer, and foxes in the neighbourhood! The house features a light and airy kitchen equipped with a dining table and the basic amenities. Next to the kitchen, there's a spacious living room . The bottom floor also features a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub, and a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find another living room and another bedroom with two beds. There's another two beds in the annex, 10 metres from the main building. For those of you who want to experience "a Sweden in miniature", you get to experience part of Dalsland's magnificent nature with rushing forests and sparkling water. Here are nice hiking trails and kayaking opportunities. Sunnanå nature reserve is very close by Sjöboden is located in a scenic area where it is close to swimming and golf, Melleruds Golfbana is only 1km away. In the area there is a playground, several barbecue areas as you are not allowed to grill at the boathouse due to the risk of fire, café and restaurant. Here you probably have Lake Vänern's best trolling fishing, loading ramp is in the area. You are welcomed into the boathouse in a living room as where there is a sofa bed for two people, kitchen table and a kitchenette with fridge / freezer, kitchen table. Bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, here you have a small window facing the best view. In front of the boathouse there is a cozy porch where you can enjoy your meals or maybe just be and enjoy the evening sun and the nice view. Behind the boathouse there is a small porch where you can meet the day with the morning sun. There is a space at the back of the boathouse where you can lock in belongings such as a canoe or other. It is also at the back of the boathouse you park, there is free parking and the boathouse has a special parking space Sjöboden is winter-sheltered, which makes it possible to live there all year round and perfect for those who want to go out and fish for salmon or take part in other events! When you rent the boathouse, you have access to the service house which has toilets, showers and washing machines. Things to do: Vita Sandars camping is almost a must here, you have a nice shallow sandy beach that is out of the ordinary, at the campsite there is also a restaurant, mini golf, tennis, volleyball, playground etc. Take the walking path through the forest from Sunnanå about 2 kilometers walk, by car it is a few kilometers further. The nearest town about 3km is Mellerud where there is a complete range of shops and restaurants.
