Welcome to a stay in this nice cottage with its annex in Hovfjället, which belongs to Torsby municipality. The yellow cottage has a terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the morning breakfast or grill the evening dinner. The cottage with one floor consists of a welcoming bright hall, a warming wood burning stove, an open kitchen with living room that has a table with an extension top so that 6 people can sit around it. There are two bedrooms with a bunk bed in each room, the beds have a width of 90 cm, and a bathroom with toilet and shower. With only 5 meters from the cottage, you will find the annex which is brand new with two single beds of 90 cm, a table with two chairs, a kettle, and a small bathroom with a Separett (no water toilet). The annex has no running water, water bottle/tank is available. The house is located in a small cottage village and a footpath to the beautiful nature reserve Hovfjället and wonderful views are near the cottage, but you can also take the car up the mountain. Many attractions of various kinds, such as finn farms, studios, museums and opportunities for other activities in the area. Feel free to visit one of the many cozy cafés that you will find in the small communities, when you want to have a nice coffee break and just sit down for a while.

This cottage is peacefully located a few hundred meters from Lake Multen, with large open lawns in front of the cottage. The cottage has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room and dining area. On the lower level there are two bedrooms with a single bed in each room and in the attic, there is a room with two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet and sink as well as a narrow shower area. A short walk on the gravel road takes you down to Lake Multen, in the absolute vicinity of the cottage there is no landscaped bathing place, but then you need to move to the other side of the lake. Here you can visit Sixtorp's bathing place where there is also some café activity. For those who are interested in fishing, there are many lakes where the pike, bream hit the reeds. Fishing licenses are often required. Mullhyttan is located right on the edge of Kilsbergen and in open places you can see the Blue Mountains looming on the horizon. If you are inclined to hike, there are several options to choose from and perhaps the Bergslagsleden is one of the more well-known trails. The limestone mines are located just north of and testify to the history where, among other things, iron and ore mines were what made the area grow, it is well worth a visit to explore the area. If you want to swim in a limestone quarry, it works great in Lanna Badgruva, there is a small sandy beach and a toilet, and you can swim in designated areas based on safety reasons. To Mullhyttan you have about 10 minutes by car and there is a grocery store. If you want a larger selection, you continue 10 minutes to Fjugesta.

In Svinsjön's Holiday Home area in the nature reserve Marvikarna is this cottage. Here you have hiking trails and several lakes and streams around the cottage corner. The cottage has plenty of space for a party of six people (4 adults, 2 children as the bunkbed is shorter than usual), with two separate bedrooms and a guest cottage with a double bed. A living room with a large and cozy sofa where you can relax in front of the TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/ wc and also a washing machine. At the front of the cottage in the best sun position there is a large terrace with space for both dining table and sun loungers. You have around 4,000 meters down to Marviken. No motorized boats are allowed on the lakes within the nature reserve, which makes the lake area very idyllic and peaceful. The famous canoe trail between Lake Mälaren and Vagnhärad passes through the reserves and canoes can be rented in, for example, Åkers Styckebruk. Fishing is allowed, but fishing licenses are required. The area actually consists of two nature reserves, Krampan and Marvikarna. For visitors interested in birds, geology, ancient monuments and flora, there is plenty to see. Hiking-friendly forest roads and paths are located adjacent to both Svinsjön and Körnstorp holiday home areas. You can connect to Sörmanlandsleden where one of the stages passes between Marviken on the way to Skottvångs mine. To Mariefred it is about 13 km and there is everything for the shopping enthusiast and is a perfect excursion destination with its beautiful old wooden buildings, Mariefred is classified as one of the country's best preserved wooden cities.

Here it is close to water and nature and you have about 100 meters distance to the bathing place in Lake Vänern. For those of you who have a boat and want to fish, there is a loading ramp so that you can easily get out on Lake Vänern and explore the beautiful islands around Värmlandsnäs. You are welcomed to a nice and bright cottage with a flexible floor plan and a large, lovely, glazed terrace. At the entrance you have a large porch without a roof where you can relax in the sun. You are welcomed into a small hall, bedroom with double bed you have to your right side, bathroom straight ahead, to the left of the hall is the kitchen, which is shared with the living room. Inside the living room is the cottage's second bedroom with double bed. By the large, glazed terrace there is room for a wonderful meal, breakfasts, barbecue food or other small and good things you might want during your holiday. The whole area, which is a new construction project, is nice and fresh, it is admirably beautiful when you only have Lake Vänern at your disposal at a distance of about 150 meters. Things to do nearby: In addition to swimming and fishing and relaxing on site, there is much you can do, an example is hiking on Värmlandsnäs. At the far end of Värmlandsnäs you will find Ekenäs, from there the walking trails Ladholmens- and Åkerhusleden start. Here you get a fantastic view of Lake Vänern. Ladhusleden starts from the guest harbor and is partly handicapped accessible. For those of you who are interested in culture, we suggest a visit to “von Echstedska garden” - art museum. There you can have a coffee, walk around the herb garden, and experience the house in all its glory, a visit to the culture house Silvenska which is a beautiful culture house filled with activities such as art exhibitions and handicraft sales. Or why not visit Värmlands Vikingacenters, which is a beautiful historical place suitable for all ages. There are many options here, get there by bike, boat, canoe, or hike. There are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the woods and on the ground.

On the beautiful Rådmansö in Norrtälje you live comfortably in this newly built modern house, with all amenities, close to swimming and nature. If you want to take a day trip to Åland, the Åland boat leaves from Kapellskär, which is close by. In the immediate area there is a cozy café that also serves simple food. The cottage is from the beginning a farmhouse belonging to the adjacent rectory building. Within walking distance in the area there is a bathing place with jetty and bathing ladder, a canoe can be borrowed at the bathing place for those who want to explore the lake a little closer. There is also a launching site for those of you who want to bring your own small boat or kayak. Around the cottage there are great opportunities for cycling, running or hiking and in the surrounding forests there is both a rich wildlife and plenty of berries and mushrooms. On the lawn there is both a sandpit and a swing, a wonderful place for the whole family to socialize Hedekas / Sörbygden is a part of Munkedal municipality which is known for its very varied and worth visiting nature areas, everything from the sea and fjord environments such as. Saltkällan with its sandy beach and salty baths to deep forests with lakes and rivers. Hedekas is located on the edge of Kynnefjäll, which is an approximately 20 km long, and one mile wide, high plateau in northern Bohuslän. The plateau stretches between the Bullaresjöarnas fissure valley in the west and the Örekilsälven valley in the east, with Kornsjöarna as the northern outpost at the border with Norway. The area offers beautiful hiking in a distinctive landscape. Here you will find a unique flora and fauna. The topography of the area has made species that are otherwise more common further north in the country thrive here. Örekilsälven which is also a popular river for salmon fishing where many sport fishing enthusiasts have tried their luck over the years. From the cottage you also make easy day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil, Smögenbryggan, fishing and boat communities in the northern part of Bohuslän. If you want to spend a day on the golf course, there are several nice courses within a couple of miles radius to choose from, for example. Dagsholms GK in Färgelanda or Torreby golf course which is Bohuslän's oldest golf course, the course is located in a castle environment with an English-inspired castle park.

The house is called Älvan and is one of three nice houses that are surrounded by rural air. Everything is located on a large farm called "Sägnernas hus" and has an entertainment facility with a dance floor, boules court, concerts and its own museum right next door. Here you can find probably just about everything a family with children or larger groups could wish for. The lower floor of the house is adapted for those with functional variation with large rooms and spacious bathrooms. You are welcomed with a small patio overlooking the field. The hall is bright and with an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are in one. To the right is the bathroom, which is light gray and fresh.
