You have a dining room where there is a larger dining table where you can enjoy your meals. You also have a small glazed terrace with seating. The tiled stoves in the house are not combustible. The house is located on road 40 between Eksjö and Mariannelund. In Eksjö you can visit the unique cultural heritage-marked wooden town. Mariannelund is known for its Filmby and that Emil in Lönneberga was filmed here. You have many excursion destinations such as Västervik, Jönköping, Wirum Älgpark etc. You have 4.5 km to take a swim in Lake Hjälten and 7 km to Nyanäs and Mycklaflon swimming area where there is also camping. If you want an even bigger bath, there is Nossenbadet in Vimmerby. Fishing licenses are available for purchase in many of the lakes and in the Bruza River. For those interested in golf, Eksjö Golf Club is just 2.5 km away.

Entrance to the cottage directly adjacent to the terrace which has a spacious hall. To the left is one of the bedrooms which has a double bed, 140 cm. There is also a wardrobe for clothes storage and a TV. Next door is the cottage's bathroom which has a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Straight ahead is the kitchen, complete with everything needed during the stay and kitchen table for those who are up early and want to grab a sandwich. To the right is the living room at an angle with a large lovely sofa and TV as well as a large dining area for shared meals. There is a single bed 80 cm and in the evenings you can light a cozy fire in the stove or enjoy the crickets playing if the balcony door is open to the terrace. Adjacent to the living room is another bedroom with wardrobe and a single bed, 80 cm. High chair and travel cot available. In the basement there is a freezer and washing machine. At the end of the lawn towards the forest edge is the friggeboden which has two single beds, 90 cm. Here it is popular for the older children to sleep and hang out together. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 6 people + baby in a travel cot. Youth groups can not book the cottage without the guardian's company during the entire stay. Charging of electric car is available as well as space for friends in motorhomes, both through additions on site. There is also a mooring (2x6m) with a small boathouse and fishing gear that can be booked on site, as well as a loading ramp if you bring your own boat. In the house there is a double room with an extra bed, suitable for children who want to sleep with parents, and a room with two single beds. In the spacious living room there is a large dining table, but also an exit to the terrace which has a large lovely dining table for nice outdoor dinners. There is a fireplace and a stove for chilly or just cozy evenings. In the lake cottage which is two meters from the water, there are two beds and a cot, a small hob and a nice wooden sauna, the cottage is well suited for generational housing, or teenagers who want to live for themselves. On the large own jetty you can lie and sunbathe, or row out with the rowing boat that is included and pull up a fish or two for dinner. If you want to take the bus on an adventure, it goes down by the main road, go to Djurönäset and have a drink or a SPA day, or go to Stockholm for more experiences. From Stavsnäs or Sollenkroka you can get out into the archipelago by waxholm boat, these are wonderful sea trips. The plot includes everything you see around the cottage and there is also a smaller pond. Beyond the cottage, a small forest path leads down to the small Lövsjön. The forest is rich in wild game. I'm sure you'll see both elk and deer. In the forest there is also rich supply of mushrooms. The area has a unique nature consisting of both forests, mountains and lakes. Here you live close to the sea, nature and attractions such as Tjolöholm Castle, A short drive from the cottage is Äskhults village, a living cultural heritage. There is also a lovely café. Fjärås Bräcka is a powerful ice strip formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. Here attracts a fantastic view, walks, swimming and fishing. Visit Li's burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 bautastenar from the Iron Age. At naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about Fjärås Bräcka's education and the popular café serves homemade, organic and locally grown. If you want to discover the island, there are many sights and charming archipelago communities on both Tjörn and Orust. Take the opportunity to explore the fine hiking trails in the surrounding area.
