The cottage is only 100 metres from the closest bathing spot with it's cliffs and bathing docks. There's a lovely, child-friendly, sand beach 200 metres from the house. The holiday home is open plan and features a small kitchen with the basics, a living room, and a bathroom. In the living room you will find one bed and one double extra bed (a sofa bed). The living room also features a TV, a DVD-player, and free wireless internet access. The bathroom features a WC,a washbasin, a shower, a bath tub, and a washing machine. You will have access to a little outdoor area. Please be aware that the owner of the cottage has an outdoor cat which might spend time in the outdoor area. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The location of the cottage is great for those who want to make day trips to different interesting places. Visit the islands nearby, there's a free ferry that will take you and your car over to them. The big city of Göteborg is not far and there are excellent communications to get you there. Gothenburg offers culture and entertainment, as well as the big amusement park Liseberg. Please note: The owner of the holiday home has an outdoor cat. Welcome to a cozy accommodation with only 50 meters to Lake Örken. This cottage is one of three built in 2002. The cottage is also called "Uttern" and has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has most things you could need. A perfect accommodation for the small family who wants to live with the lake next door and close to the forest and the tranquility outside. In the house there is only cold water, fresh and clear from its own well.The plot is audibly lush natural plot with a view of the lake between the trees. One bedroom has a double bed and in the other there is a bunk bed. Adjacent to the living room is a covered terrace. The bathroom with sink and separett-toilet. Access to shower is available in onecommon space about 30 meters from the cottage. Örken is a good fishing lake and a nice swimming lake with several sandy beaches. It glimpses the lake between the trees from the cottage. A rowing boat is available for rent SEK 500 / week. Fishing license required. High chair and babybed are available to book on site. For the adventurous there is the opportunity to go zipline through LittleRock Lake which is a nature center in the area. If you want to make an excursion it is about 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's World and to the Kingdom of Glass in Kosta and Orrefors. Welcome to this cute holiday home set right by the shores of lake Vänern, Sweden's largest lake. The holiday home is a 30 square foot guest house on the landlord's garden plot. It features a small bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. In the bedroom you'll find a bunk bed and a cot. In the living room there's a stylish sofa bed that fits two, and a TV. The kitchen is well-planned and practical, and features the basic amenities but no oven. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The little terrace gives you a panoramic view of the lake. There's a grill and a rowing boat included in the rent, so why not row out on the lake and fish for supper to grill. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage. There's a big, public beach with a café only 600 metres from the cottage. The surrounding area offers lots to see and do. The beautiful channel Göta Kanal is a must-see when you are in this part of the country! The national park of Tiveden ( 40 kilometres away) is a must-see, as are the red water lilies of Fagertärn, and the castle Stjernsunds Slott. Hova arranges a medieval market, with jousting, one week a year, usually week 28,which you might be able to catch. Motor is available for rent for the boat. You pay for the fuel yourself. Örebro is a good destination for a day trip. The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Don't miss the marvellous castle from the 1300's when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also worth a visit. This house is located on Gudhammar's Mansion with an incredibly beautiful surrounded next to Lake Skagern. The house is charming, rustic holiday home was built in the 1800's and is setonly 20 metres from the lake. It offers a beautiful view as well as swimming and fishing opportunities. A lovely place for those who enjoy nature and the simple life! The interior of the cottage is homely, with simple furniture, log walls and an open fireplace. The comfortable bedroom features a double bed, and the living room has a dining area. The kitchen is very basic, offering cooking hobs and a microwave oven. The bathroom has been renovated and features a shower. The cottage is situated outside of Hova, on Gudhammar manor, which dates back to the 1600's. This is a place that is easy to love! The cottage includes a terrace, garden furnished and a grill. There is a wood-fueled outdoor hot tub, which can be rented from the landlord for 1500 SEK a time, including wood. It's possible to rent it between May to October, the season depends on the weather. It is shared with the rest of the holiday homes on the ground (look at holiday home: 38743, 38744 and 96644). The landlord also has a canoe and a boat for rent. Why not go for a fishing trip? The fishing is free in the part of Skagern that belongs to the landlord. Take a boat trip along Göta Kanal or visit Hova during “ knight's week”, week 28. These are lovely activities for families with young children! Another nice activity is visiting the old town in Mariestad. The nature reserve Tiveden is well worth a visit. Welcome to this fresh cottage renovated in 2010 with furnishings in lovely colors. Located right outside Unnaryd Village. The lively community by the Lake Unnen offers excellent fishing opportunities in the lake abundant with pike and perch. When you enter the cottage, you enter the hall with its beautifully painted doors and a practical tiled floor. In the living room is the kitchen area with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a sink. A nice, old iron stove is located between the kitchen and living room. The living room also has a tiled stove that provides great warmth. There are also two beds placed together as a double bed. The bathroom is modern with a shower. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping loft with low ceiling height about 140 cm and a double bed. You live on the same farm as the property owner and share the large plot of 4000 square meters. On the farm, there are also a number of free-range hens. There is an electric motor to rent on site from the homeowner for a fee. In Unnaryd there is a nice bathing place with jetties. Sundsby Säteri offers beautiful walking paths and caves to explore. It also offers a bakery and a coffee shop. Stenungssund offers a large shopping centre and Gothenburg is only 55 kilometres away. The town of Skärhamn offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. The house was completely renovated in 2008 and it's interior is decorated in a stylish, marine fashion. Open plan kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is an extra bed ( sofa bed) with a width of 125 centimetres. Partly enclosed garden. The area offers many interesting places to visit. It is walking distance to Rönnäng dock, where you can dine or catch a ferry to the islandsa of Åstol, Tjörnekalv and Dyrön. Kårevik is only 800 metres from the house and offers a great sandy beach with a bathing dock and a diving tower. Or pay a visit to the picturesque Klädesholmen, only 4,5 kilometres away.
