Welcome to a large, beautiful house with a sea view in Mörbylånga. Here you can enjoy the fantastic sea view from almost every room and from the lovely garden. The garden and the area are child-friendly and quiet, but you are still close to swimming, shops and restaurants. In the garden there is garden furniture and a barbecue. On the nice stone-paved terrace there is lounge furniture where you can sit back and enjoy. The house has large, pleasant living areas. The kitchen has an open plan with dining areas and beautiful windows and a patio door to the terrace. The living room is bright and pleasant with a comfortable sofa group in front of the TV. You sleep in five bedrooms, two of which are downstairs. In one bedroom there is a double bed. The second bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds, has high ceilings, beams in the ceiling and a sea view. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. In the beautiful large bedroom with windows overlooking the sea there is a double bed. Please note that it is not possible to close this bedroom. There is another beautiful bedroom with a double bed where the ceiling is open up to the eaves. In the third bedroom upstairs there are two single beds (80cm). To get to this bedroom you pass one of the other bedrooms. You have two bathrooms. The large bathroom downstairs is wonderfully beautiful with a sea view. The one on the upper floor is of a slightly older standard. There is a toilet, sink and shower in both bathrooms. Entrance to the bathroom downstairs is via the bedroom with a double bed. The nature and environment are astonishing and Öland offers culture, events, sun, swimming, lovely walks along the Kalmar Strait, inns, kroppkakor, etc. In Färjestaden there is a large shopping center.

This house is part of several cottages that belong to a small cottage village where each cottage is located separately. Your house is directly to the right overlooking the meadow. You are welcomed into a smaller bright hall with plenty of space to hang out. The furniture is bright and homely. Directly to the left you will find a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Opposite is a white bedroom with a family bed, 120cm bed lower part and 90cm bed above. Suitable for you with children. Next door you will find another classic bedroom with two single beds 90cm wide that you can move together if you wish. The living room is open and bright. Here you can watch TV and relax on a comfortable sofa. You can turn the sofa into a sofa bed 100 cm. The room is integrated with the kitchen area. In the kitchen area is a dining table with space for 4 people and a kitchen with everything you may need. At the back there are swings and outdoor furniture for a nice evening with barbecue for dinner. Just a short walk up the hill there is a large lawn with football goals and plenty of space for play and activities. Here are also two ancient huts, cozy creepy that can be used. Here is a cozy bathing spot and a huge beautiful place for those who want to travel back in time to the Stone Age. This is one of the Nordic region's largest ancient villages. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's and Borgmästargården. Take a walk along the River Ätran and admire the stunning view. Falkenberg offers shops, restaurants, bars, music events and many other activities. Children will enjoy a trip to the ice cream factory in Slöinge, with it's ice cream café and outlet. The small kitchen features the necessities and there's a freezer outdoors. The bathroom is accessed from the outside of the cottage, it has a WC, a washbasin, and a shower.
