The dining area is comfortable and from this you can sit and look out over the road to the surroundings of the house. Adjacent there is also a dining room for setting up a nice dinner together, just as you did in Småland in the past when you had nice visitors. Down here there are also 2 living rooms, one with a comfortable seating area where you can sit down and watch TV or take a midday nap and the other with comfortable chairs where you can sit down with a glass of wine or a cup of tea and a good book in hand or with relaxing music in your ears. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with sink, as well as a sauna and a separate shower. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. One has a nice, big one double bed and in the second there are 4 good single beds placed. In the hall between the two bedrooms is there also a day bed if someone in the party feels like recuperating a bit in the middle of the day. About 2 km away is a fantastically beautiful lake and a very well-arranged small swimming area with both a sandy beach and jetty. In the forests around your house, there are plenty of mushrooms and berries. In addition, you have a very good chance of encountering the forest's king, the moose. Short excursions can, for example, take you to the alpine hill Isaberg (40 km), which is also worth visiting in summer. Longer day trips can take you to the big cities of Gothenburg, Borås and Jönköping as well as to Astrid Lindgren's World on the east coast. Welcome to this cozy cottage with a fantastic location and with view of the sea from the kitchen and balcony. In addition, relaxing and nice view of the stream that meanders by the plot from the balcony, the garden and the conservatory. Here you stay really comfortably in this modern and exceptionally well-kept cottage, close to the sea. The entire cabin's interior is modern, well maintained and fresh and it will probably not be so easy for you to go on excursions when you stay so nicely. The kitchen is well equipped with clean and nice surfaces and a dining area where you can see the sea while you eat. The living room is a nice place to be on and here feels undisturbed and inviting to be while the creek meanders the last bit down to the sea right outside the window and door. Adjacent to the family room is also a fresh and nice bathroom. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom maintains the same fine standard as the rest of the house. Finally, we have the comfortable and inviting conservatory where you like sitting on the evenings it's too chilly to be outside, but where you still don't wants to really retreat into the house. If it's coold in the conservatory there is a heater in the ceiling that you can switch on. Outside the kitchen there is a large and well-furnished terrace with nice furniture, barbecue and the beautiful sea view. The whole garden borders the stream and in the garden there are many beautiful plants as well as several sitting areas. Down by the jetty and sea there is a place that all the houses in the area have access to and here you are happy to settle down for a while. At the pier your rowing boat is also waiting for an excursion or fishing (free fishing with rod and hook). It is also possible to take a dip in the sea here down. Should you manage to tear yourself away from this charming accommodation after all, you have excursion opportunities in large quantities. Take a trip to Sölvesborg with you a bit of luck comes at the same time as the jazz days start, or why not a trip to Hällevik in Listerlandet, where there is a nice small harbor and a good smokehouse. In the other direction lies Mörrum Laxens hus and fishing opportunities (fishing license) and in Karlshamn there is one wonderful place for the curious; "Kreativum". The house is set on a seaside plot, on a cape, just 15 metres from the dock where you will find the boat that is included in the rent. The bottom floor features an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen features the necessary equippment and in the living room there's a pellet stove, a TV, and free wireless internet access. The bottom floor bedroom features two single beds. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a sauna. On the upper floor, you'll find a family room and a bedroom with three single beds. The terrace and the living room windows afford a beautiful view of the sea. The house is surrounded by woodlands which makes it private and secluded. Nordmaling offers plenty of recreation for nature lovers. Höga Kusten is nearby, with it's stunning nature. There are canoes for rent and the streams Öreälven and Lögdeälven are excellent for canoeing. They are also great for fishing. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit! The small town of Nordmaling has all of the necessary services, such as grocery stores, a chemists, a hardware store, a fishing shop, and Systembolaget, where you can buy wine and spirits. It's possible to bathe by the dock but please be aware that the water quicly becomes deep so it's not suitable for children. Please note: You have to turn on the water heater. Welcome to this red croft in Småland's cozy forests with a wonderful view of Lake Kvistagyl. The house is perfect for those interested in nature or for those who are looking for peace and quiet. Here you can take the day as it comes, angling down in the lake or go hiking on the fields. When you enter the house you are met by a spacious hall and from there you have a bedroom on the left with a double sofa bed and an extra bed. The living room has TV, comfortable furniture and a beautiful wood burning stove from 19th century that gives a cozy atmosphere if any evening would feel a little bleak. Here you can sit down with a good book and really relax. Please note that there is no wifi in this cottage. From the living room you move on to the kitchen which has both induction hob, dishwasher and even a wood stove. and bedrooms. At the kitchen table you can go out on the large terrace and enjoy your breakfast there while looking out over the lake. The bedroom is bright and feels spacious, also here you have a view of the lake.The bathroom is bright and airy with toilet, shower and washing machine. The house has fishing rights in the lake and also in another lake that the owner can inform about. The lake below the house is not a direct swimming lake, but it is up to everyone if you want to swim there. Lake with good shallow bathing area is about 10 km away; Sandören, with jetty and sandy beach. In Häradsbäck 4km away there is a café with a restaurant that is well worth a visit. There are two wonderful terraces facing east, and another terrace facing west, from which you'll have wonderful views of pastures, meadows and the lake. The cottage is elevated on a mountain, with a high undisturbed location and with sea views over Isättraviken. Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the peace and the view, watch the boats, hike in nature or take a salty dip from the rocks or from the sandy beach which is 250 m from the house. To enjoy the view even on a rainy day, there is also a terrace with a roof. In front of the terrace there is a newly built mini pool/hot tub in stainless steel with associated wood burning stove. Sink into a nice bath overlooking the treetops, the bay and the peaceful nature. The Minipool / hot tub has both a regular cleaning filter and UV cleaning for good hygiene and comfort.. The hot tub has dimensions of 2.0 x 1.9 meters. If you want to use the mini pool as a hot tub, you need to bring firewood for it. Wrap your bathrobes that are included in the rent and drink the morning coffee on the large terrace, if you are lucky there may be a bird of prey sailing in search of fish for breakfast. Wild animals such as foxes, deer and moose are found in the surroundings. The house has a high standard and is beautifully and modernly furnished with all the amenities you could wish for for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday. Sleeping loft with full standing height and double bed, on the entrance level there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. TV with channel offer via ComHem. Bed sheets, towels och bathrobes are included. The plot is large and undisturbed, where you live about 30 meters above the parking lot. The road up to the cottage is hilly (stairs are available) and is not handicapped accessible. Host family is happy to help with packing on arrival. On the plot (but in undisturbed location) there is another cottage (04810) which is rented out if you want to be two families traveling together. Take the bikes that are included in the rent (two pcs) and cycle along the coast, here are many gems to experience. Plenty of hiking trails, archipelago boats out into the archipelago from Östanå ferry location, or just enjoy being in the beautiful surroundings.

Don't miss the castle Stjernsunds Slott which is only five kilometres away and offers guided tours every day. Another lovely place you can visit is the picturesque town of Askersund which is 11 kilometres away. Here you will find shops, a mini-zoo, a little chocolate factory, a beach, and a lovely harbour. The boat M/S Wetterwik offers plenty of cruises in Vättern. The town of Olshammar is 15 kilometres from your holiday home. It has a rich history. Here you will find Birgittakyrkan. Saint Bridget and her husband Ulf Gudmarsson spent some time here in the 1300's . You can also visit Olshammarsgården where the writer Verner von Heidenstam was born. Other places to visit are Medevi Brunn with it's park concerts, theatre, and museums. Don't miss the nature reserve Tivedens Nationalpark, 30 kilometres away. The house boasts an amazing panoramic view of the sea, a private angler’s house, and a private dock right next to the house. This comfortable house offers the perfect location suitable for holidays any time of the year! The two-storey house features a beautiful kitchen, and a spacious living room/ dining room. The living room leads to the comfortable, roofed terrace.The bottom floor also contains a bathroom (WC and shower) and a laundry room. On the upper floor you will find the family room with it’s TV-area and 30 TV-channels (Swedish channels as well as English-speaking channels). The family room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. The bedroom is spacious and contains one double bed. The upper floor bathroom contains a shower and a small whirlpool that fits one adult or two children. Pukavik is a very pleasant place to spend your holiday; here you will be close to fine beaches, good fishing opportunities and access to a boat. The pleasant patio is a lovely place to relax or cook dinner on the grill, with a beer in your hand or a glass of wine. Bright and pleasant living room. Please note that the fireplace may not be used. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in this area; you can take a trip to Mörrum where you can visit the famous “the house of salmon” located next to the river Mörrumsån. Here you will also find the best fishing water in the whole Blekinge, maybe even in whole Sweden. In other directions you can go and visit the beautiful communities of Nogersund, Hällevik and Sandviken, with all their fine beaches. If you travel to Karlshamn you can enjoy yourselves with a day of shopping or visit Kreativum which is a place where you can try experiment, construct and discover. In Pukavik there are plenty of berries and orchards. The boat is available during the summer or eventually earlier according to an agreement with the owner.
