A very cozy cottage, surrounded by lush nature, secluded and rural. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. Fits nature lovers perfectly. The plot has several lovely patios, both in the shade and sun. A lush garden gives you peace after the day's excursions. From the covered entrance you have on the right the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dining area. To the left is the living room which in a separate space has a day bed for two people. The living room has comfortable seating and a modern TV with DVD, chromecast and a warming wood burning stove for slightly chilly evenings. There is also a bedroom with a single bed, separated by a curtain. The bathroom is spacious and has a bath with shower. At the stairs to the upper floor there is an exit to the back of the garden. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an extra bed. There is also a large modern TV screen with the possibility to connect TV games etc. In the leafy garden outbuilding there is a laundry room. A small hen house is also on the plot. The owner has two beautiful roosters that bounce around in the chicken coop. There are also bicycles to borrow from the owner. The nature in the area with its lakes is very nice and there is plenty of games. There are nice walking paths and hiking trails. Close by is a fully open inn and an open-air museum. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant city center. A good selection of shops and restaurants. Around Hjälmsjön you can walk on paths and smaller roads. A larger public bathing area is located at Mamma's Bay. There is a handicapped-accessible lake bath with jetty and barbecue area. Hjälmsjön is widely known by canoeists and rowers for its mirror-shiny water. In the adjacent lakes there are perch, pike and roach. The fishing license is valid for most of the nearby lakes. A bit north of Örkelljunga is Kungsbygget's adventure park. At Hallandsåsen you can visit Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. A short drive away you have Ängelholm's beautiful city with nice shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and strawberry places. For those interested in golf, there is Örkelljunga's golf club with a lunch restaurant. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few miles north, at Markaryd, is the elk park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. During weeks 25-32, the electricity is included.

A completely newly renovated and charming cottage in the so-called Listerland. It is a peninsula that juts out between Blekinge and Skåne and is a really beautiful place! The cottage has been chosen to be kept in the family because it is a parental home and has in recent years undergone a major renovation. On the ground floor there is a brand new kitchen as well as a living room and toilet with shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The garden has a sheltered back where you have a large lawn with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Hörvik is characterized by a modern fishing industry, even though the older buildings have been preserved to some extent. Here are cozy harbor taverns. Hörvik is almost merged with Krokås, a small fishing village with its own harbor. West of Hörvik is Hörviks Hallar, one of the area's most spectacular rock baths. If you have good condition, this is the place to go if you appreciate soft-coiled stone slabs and impressive rock formations. From here, the view towards Hanö is magnificent and made for a good picnic basket. Nearby is also the mythical cave Hallahåle, which has long been popularly known both as a hiding place for a Viking treasure, and as a descent to an underground passage to Hanö. According to legend, the cave will close its passages to unauthorized persons, hence the difficulties in finding its opening. East of Hörvik - Krokås is the Spraglehall nature reserve with its incomparable views and its beautiful beach meadows. During the summer you also have a popular picnic concert in the old quarry. There are several cozy coastal villages besides Hörvik, for example Hällevik. Hällevik is the oldest and most famous of Lister's fishing villages. The village is located by a deep bay, beautifully embraced by the two headlands Björkenabben and Kråkenabben - the latter a well-known orchid and bird place. The old village center has traditional wooden houses and faces the harbor with its well-preserved old stone huts. Here you will find a guest harbor, food and various shops, smokehouses, a fish shop and a harbor restaurant. During the summer, the small art gallery is also open, as well as the handicraft shop and an ice cream café. There is also a charming fishing museum, which provides insight into the village's history. In Hällevik it is close to everything. The nice beach is just a stone's throw away, as is Stiby Backe, for those who crave cooling beech forest and beautiful views. There is also an outdoor pool with pools and a water slide. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out in the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that go out from several places nearby. Equipped with a large terrace, a sauna, and a wood fuelled hot tub right next to it, it is the ideal place for a holiday any time of the year. The house features a light and airy family room with a high ceiling, and a modern kitchen There is also a cosy loft. The rent includes four baskets of wood for the sauna and the hot tub. If you need more they are 50 crownes a basket. The lake, Sämsjön, is only 400 metres from the house. This is where you will find the boat that comes with the house. Please note: The boat can only be used in the summer time. The deposit to be provided for this house applies to corporate bookings but not to private bookings.

A wonderful cottage that is hidden by nature, located high up with a fantastic view. Here you breathe peace and quiet to the chirping of the birds. The cottage has a large lovely open terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet, depending on the weather you choose whether you want to sit outside or in the glazed conservatory overlooking Lake Kabbosjön. The cottage has an open floor plan where you are welcomed into a small hall, where there is also the entrance to the bathroom, you continue into a large open kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Inside the kitchen are the two bedrooms. Further from the kitchen there is a large lovely living room and TV. The cottage is cozy and cosily furnished. The plot is well hilly and with sharp edges at the back of the house. Large parking, turntable in front of the house. If you want to take a nature dip, it is about 1 kilometer away from the cottage. Bring bathing shoes. Stones at the bottom of the lake. Here you jump into the lake from a rock. There are two nearby bathing places at about 7 km distance in different directions from the cottage one Strömmersvik which is a Municipal bathing place located by Lake Örsjön there is a large changing room and a ramp down into the water, grass and sandy beach to sit on and a long wooden pier, the the second bathing place where there is also a launching ramp, barbecue area, outdoor toilet you will find below Dalskog's community. An obvious excursion destination is Vita Sandar and Vänern, where there is a large and very shallow beach in a beautiful environment, Vänern also has fishing opportunities or the opportunity to get on by boat inland to Köpmannebro and further up through Dalslands Kanal. Kabbosjön is a beautiful lake about 20 meters deep, here you have the opportunity for a varied sport fishing, perch, pike, tench and trout. Fishing requires a fishing license. You can also fish in Örsjön, fishing licenses are also required here. There are fantastic cycle paths here. It is never far to a marked hiking trail in Dalsland. A well-visited hiking trail can be found in Karolinerleder Karl X11's road, it runs across the northern part of the Kroppefjäll plateau, about 15 kilometers of hiking on paths through fine forests. The trail's western starting point is in Järbo about 27 km from the cottage. Borekulle, Dals-Rostock is an old ancient castle located on a high mountain ridge with a fantastic view located about 6 km from the cottage. In Dals-Rostock you go to Ekholmen and take a shrimp sandwich, or to Kerstin's studio which is a greenhouse and shop, there is an herb garden in Brunnsparken which is open 24 hours a day during the growing season, here you can book guided tours, also for hiking the forest as desired. Day trips to Kroppefjäll, Håveruds Sluss, Dalsland Glashytta, Dalslands Activities, Dalslands Moose Ranch are a selection of everything that Dalsland has to offer. Welcome to this wonderful cottage!

Welcome to a wonderful house in Bovik. The house is located in a picturesque area by Lake Storsjön. There's a private swimming bridge and lots of nice sandy beaches within walking distance. There's a sauna in the house, great after a swim if the water in the lake is cold! Please note that it is forbidden to charge your electric car / hybrid car at the cottage. There's lots of attractions in the area for the entire family. For example, Furuvikparken, Gävle Zoo, lovely hiking trails, forests rich in berries and mushrooms, and golf courses. Sandviken and Gävle is both easily accessed for shopping or dining purposes!
