One with a double bed the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. On the large terrace there is a dining area, sun loungers and an awning so you can spend many lovely days and evenings here both in the sun and shade. The cottage is located right near the so-called Listerlandet, a peninsula that stands out between Blekinge and Skåne. In this area there is a lot to feel and experience. A perfect peninsula for those who like to stroll in village centres, walk along the beach, pause in the harbor and take a dip. There are several cozy coastal villages such as Hörvik, Nogersund and Hällevik with several nice cafés, restaurants and fish smoke shops. In the area you will also find several nice beaches. Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing area and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing trips that start from several places. The nearest town is Sölvesborg. In Sölvesborg, nature is always close whether you just want to be or get active. In fact, it is not far from something that is nice. Most of it is a leisurely walk away or a bike ride away. Here you will find the nature reserve Ryssberget, where one of Sweden's largest beech forests grows and here also starts blekingeleden. Other nice summer towns to visit that are close by are Karlshamn, Ronneby and Kristianstad where you can shop, eat well and stroll around.

Welcome to a cozy and family-friendly cottage on a private corner plot in the beautiful bath and fishing village of Bovallstrand. From this sunny cottage in a quiet location with sea views and many terraces you have perfect opportunities to experience the sea and lovely archipelago environments. From here it is short walking distance to swimming, jetties, coastal paths, hiking trails and roads overlooking the Bohuslän archipelago, the cottage is also suitable for those who want to experience the archipelago via kayak or canoeing. It is also geographically well located for day trips to other charming coastal communities both to the north and south. The cottage is located on a sunny slope with sea views and is surrounded by balconies for both morning and evening sun. On the inside you are met by a small hall, in this part is part of the cottage are also 3 bedrooms and the cottage's bathroom with shower and washing machine. All three bedrooms has a single bed. There is also an extra bed that suits a child up to the age of 12. From the hall via a small staircase you enter the cottage's large living room with fireplace, TV and comfortable sofa group as well as dining room furniture, from the living room you enter the cottage's kitchen with stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker. From both the living room and kitchen, there are doors to the cottage's patio areas with summer furniture and barbecue where you can grill a good piece of food and discuss the day's adventures. On a mountain ledge a few meters above the cottage there is another terrace, a perfect place to end wonderful sunny days and look out over the wide sea while the sun slowly sets northwest. The cottage also has an annex with two single beds. It is possible to book a boat berth approximately 2.5m wide. The boat mooring is at the square in Bovallstrand. Can be rented by contacting Stugsommar or the owner. Bovallstrand is a nice old fishing village and with its location right by the sea makes salt bathing a given activity and here are also the famous bathing islets which are one of Bohuslän's finest bathing spots suitable for both swimming and fishing. The buildings are very well preserved from when shipping, fishing and stonemasonry flourished, which gave Bovallstrand its fine atmosphere. In the immediate area there are more pleasant and worth visiting archipelago communities such as. Smögen and Hunnebostrand, there is also a zoo called Nordens Ark where you can meet about 80 of the world's endangered animals. The beautiful nature and the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline Amurtigern make the zoo a very popular excursion destination. In nearby Gerlesborg there is an art school and a collective workshop where you can both look at various different exhibitions but also attend various educations. If the weather should be overcast or you feel the need for a workout in a gym environment, Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming pool and wellness facility are located in the coastal community of Väjern.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility in scenic surroundings, take a walk along the embankment, fish in the Västerdalälven river, pick seasonal berries in the forest next to the cottage or take a dip at Kläppen Camping. Nearby is Gråhedsdammen, which is a pay & fish pond and a much appreciated activity for young and old. Bur it is strictly forbidden to fish in the little pond at the house. The cottage, which has two floors, has on the ground floor a welcoming outer hall with drying cabinets for wet swimwear after the day's adventure and an inner hall that leads on to the kitchen, bathroom and the stairs to the upper floor. The kitchen has a typical warming wood stove with a covered hood that is built with natural extraction of air in the old-fashioned way, and next to the wood stove is the regular stove. There is a dining table with chairs and fridge & freezer. NOTE: The dishwasher in the kitchen is very small and placed on the kitchen counter. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy living room with tiled stove, dining area, sofa, armchairs, TV and Apple TV. The bathroom is located in the hall and has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Upstairs there is a hall and the two bedrooms. The first with a double bed -180cm and TV with chromecast. The second bedroom has two extra wide walled bunk beds that are -110 cm. The cottage is excellent for 6 people. Youth groups under the age of 25 cannot book this accommodation without the guardian's company during the entire stay. The area to Sägnernas hus is under construction and several houses are being built. Just outside, two nice hiking trails and fishing licenses can be bought on site. The homeowners live by a house some distance away and run Sägnernas Hus and are happy to help. For those who want to be out in nature, there are plenty of opportunities for both hunting / fishing, hiking trails and canoe rentals. If you come with an electric car, there is a charging post next door. The farm is run and is ecologically sustainable where solar cells are located throughout the facility. If you come in large company, there are also pitches for caravans in connection and clamping tents. In summer you can enjoy good homemade coffee in the café with homemade strawberry cake. Lake Torstholmen is only 4 minutes walking distance from the cottage where your own small rowing boat is waiting and which is part of the house. The garden is lush and embeds the plot beautifully. The plot is large and invites to play. A short walk away you will reach the lake with its own small jetty and boat. You enter the side of the cottage and there are two single beds. Bathroom with toilet / shower is in the second door. Perfect for those who have older children or a company that wants to be by themselves. In the area there are fish-rich watercourses, many lakes where fishing licenses are required. You have everything you need for a fantastic holiday here in the house with its own jetty and boat. Not far away is Påarp's farm which has a restaurant, café, canoe rental and football golf. You only have 55km to High Chaparral, or 110km to Liseberg, or maybe a little shopping with a little over 40km to Gekås in Ullared. There are more houses in the same area if you are a larger company that wants to book houses close to each other. Cozy, traditional sauna in the best location on Skrea beach. A well-kept cottage with a fenced terrace. Only 200 m to the fantastic sandy beach. Only 30 m to service facility with all amenities, toilet, shower, dishes and laundry (access cards are in the cottage). The cottage has a living room with sofa bed and a double bed that folds down from the wall and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the protected and lovely terrace there is garden furniture, electric barbecue and sun loungers. Free WiFi is available in the area, no private wifi in the house. 200 m away there is a grocery store, open during the summer. Skrea beach long sandy beach is quickly filled with visitors every beautiful summer day. At the Båtsmannen block, a larger leisure area begins where there are excellent opportunities for walks and the like or to bring a picnic basket and sit among the rocks that are a bit reminiscent of those in Bohuslän. In the area there are also several kiosks, restaurants, indoor swimming, mini golf and tennis courts. It is about 3 km to Falkenbergs center with its beautiful wooden houses, small shops and a bustling tourist life. Taking the bus or cycling is just fine.
