In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, nice shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbour area. Take the bus into the city centre and all the entertainment or bathing areas that there are several to choose from. If you want to experience islands and archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and boat trips from the harbour in the center out to several archipelago islands such as The New Year. Furholmen or Kosteröarna, but also to neighbouring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area and nearby access to a tennis court. In 2020, the outer facilities in the holiday village will be completed. We may recommend the house for four people, but there are definitely opportunities if there are more! There is access to a washing machine and hanging facilities in the house next door. You rent this house if you want to live with a little house around you and want to be close to a service shop. In the village and the surrounding area there are many attractions. A must is to visit Korrö which has a fine restaurant with locally produced ingredients and fantastic nature. From here you can also rent and paddle a canoe. Just two away is Tingsryd and here are several shops and the famous discount department store Börjes. There is also a good swimming area and an adventure pool / swimming pool. For those of you who like to be in nature, it is close to Åsnen National Park where you can cycle and hike among lots of sights. Less than an hour's drive away you are down by the sea and can visit Karlskrona, Ronneby and Karlshamn which are really nice summer gems! If you want to go to a bigger city, it is only 40 km to Växjö.

In a peaceful place a bit outside Jämjö in the Karlskrona municipality, you will find the cottage with a large lovely garden and with the forest right next door. Here are good conditions for berry and mushroom picking and long walks. On the ground floor, in addition to the charming and relatively simple kitchen, there is also a living room with nice furniturem, a TV and a working tiled stove. The sofa is a double sofa bed that can be used if there are more than four people living. There is also a room with a work desk, a TV and a double bed. In the small glazed veranda you can sit and enjoy the evening with a good book. On the ground floor there is a toilet with shower. A narrow and steep staircase leads up to the upper floor where the large bedroom with two single beds is located. There is also a walk-through room that is under construction. Right now it mostly works as a storage room, but here you can also sit if you want. With only about 10 km to the sea and 20 km to Karlskrona, this can be a holiday with varying experiences! There are many nice bathing places to visit and Karlskrona is a fantastic city full of activities.
