On Öckerö, one of the most beautiful islands of the West Coast, in Gothenburg's northern archipelago lies this sun-drenched cottage right by the sea. From all the points you can see the sea's own biografy. A natural experience of magnificent character. The cottage has a nice garden with swings, slide and lawn. Here the children can play with your view from the veranda. Only 100 meters from the cottage is Hjälvik bathing place and Hummerviken bathing place, both well-known and popular bathing places. There is also a nice graveled walkway. For the active family you can take a jogging round here or why not play volleyball or fish crabs at the pier. Why not take the picnic basket with you out for some fishing and whey on the rocks in the evening. A little further away lies a large football field and also Öckerö's only skate park that is very popular. The cottage is located perfect so you can paddle out for different routes around the islands. Inside the cottage you meet a small hall where you have a separate shower on the right and the toilet with sink directly to the left. Open plan living with kitchen that is integrated with dining area and two single beds and an extra bed (no sofa). Only 250 km from the bridge on the east side of Öland is the cozy village Bröttorp. A very nice Ölandslänga that has memories from the 19th century. Combined living room with kitchen and a lovely exit to the lawn for cozy meals on the lawn outside. On this floor there are two bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (2 * 90cm) and the other bedroom which has been named the "green room" there is a bunk bed (80 / 80cm) and a very comfortable sofa bed (160cm). One of the bedrooms with its own toilet. Upstairs there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (2 * 90cm) and a sleeping loft with 2 single beds (2 * 90cm). Here you can easily live 8 people and 2 in the comfortable sofa bed - a total of 10 beds. On the other side of the bridge is historic Kalmar with its medieval castle and old town center. Kalmar also offers a large selection of shops, restaurants and other services. Öland has a large selection of events during the summer in various places. Nearby are also, for example, Borgholm's castle with the Royal Solliden and Ekerum Resort with everything from 3 golf courses to a fantastic restaurant. Öland offers many activities for all ages, such as the magical Trollskogen, Öland's animal and amusement park, Eketorp's medieval castle and a lot of culture and art. Öland has many artists with open studios and sales. This is truly a house to thrive in and enjoy your vacation at. Beautiful sea view over Isättraviken. Here you can sit on the large sun deck and enjoy the peace and the view, watch the boats, hike in nature or take a salty dip from the rocks or from the sandy beach which is 250 m from the house. Wrap your bathrobes that are included in the rent and drink your morning coffee on the large terrace, if you are lucky there may be a bird of prey sailing in search of fish for breakfast. Wild animals such as foxes, deer and moose are found in the surroundings. Enjoy "swedish coffee" that homeowners offer. The house has a high standard and is beautifully and modernly furnished with all the amenities you could wish for for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday. Separate bedroom with comfortable double bed, in the great room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two. TV with channel offer via ComHem. The plot is large and undisturbed, where you live about 50 meters above the parking lot. The road up to the cottage is hilly (stairs are available) and is not handicapped accessible. Host family is happy to help with packing on arrival. Bed sheets, towels and bathrobes are included. New for 2021: In front of the terrace there is a newly built mini pool / hot tub in stainless steel with associated wood burning stove. Sink into a nice bath overlooking the treetops, the bay and the tranquility. Minipool / hot tub has both a regular cleaning filter and UV cleaning for good hygiene and comfort. Minipool / hot tub has the dimensions 2.8 x 1.9 meters. If you want to use the mini pool as a hot tub, you need to bring firewood for it. Take the bikes that are included in the rent (two pcs) and cycle along the coast, here are many gems to experience. Plenty of hiking trails, archipelago boats out into the archipelago from Östanå ferry location, or just enjoy being in the beautiful surroundings. On the plot (but in undisturbed location) there is another cottage (92614) which is rented out if you want to be two families traveling together. Rävberget has been in the family's possession for many years. We are the third generation to own and manage the toil and craze of previous generations for this fantastic place. In the area there was previously a mine where "Fältspat" was mined. The stones were then ground down and transported from the deep harbor in Isättravik to Gustavsberg where porcelain was made. Parts of the rails in our "roller coaster" come from the mine.

What a location! Here just outside the city of Söderköping on the Baltic Sea's Sankt Anna archipelago is this fantastic house with a wonderful sea view. A welcoming entrance with a large covered porch with a small seating area and table. The house largely has a completely open floor plan with a kitchen, family room and dining area in a row. The kitchen is newly renovated and very tasteful with a substantial dining area, dishwasher, small TV for early news and a magnificent sea view. Adjacent is the family room and the separate dining room with comfortable and large dining furniture. Even from these two rooms the sea view is fantastic. From the dining room there is an exit to the glass-enclosed conservatory, this will probably be a favorite spot both early mornings and warm pleasant evenings with dinner and entertaining boat traffic on the lake. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a little smaller with a bunk bed. Large fresh WC/shower area where there is also a washing machine. Around almost the entire house there is a large patio deck where much is under cover and some is open for lovely days in the sun, there is also outdoor furniture and a ball grill. High chair and cot can be borrowed from the owner if needed. The whole house is in top condition and only 200 meters to the sea with the best sea view imaginable. The large, well-kept plot has both plantings and lawns for play and games. Please note that you are not allowed to use the fireplace. The familiar sandy beach of Husbyvik is about 6 km away, where there are bathing jetties, a barbecue area with benches and grassy areas. If you want to try your luck at fishing, it's fine from the beach, fishing is free in the entire Baltic Sea. The nearest town/city is Söderköping, a charming small-town idyll with the Göta canal running through the city, surrounded by old buildings, shopping, cultural monuments and restaurants along the harbor, a very picturesque city center, well worth a visit. Starting in Söderköping, there are fine separate cycle paths along Sweden's well-known Göta canal with many locks. As a day trip, a visit to Arkösund at the far end of the sea belt is also suitable, here there is a lot of boat traffic, many events, restaurants and tour boats that can be booked to see the outermost sea belt with cobbles and skerries. Along the entire coast following Stegeborg, there are many small villages and towns that are worth seeing and suitable for excursions. For the youngest, it is perhaps a must to visit Kolmårdens Zoo, which is only about 20 km on the other side of the bay, or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby, which is about 80 km. Spacious and charming cottage with wonderful panoramic views of the sea in the living archipelago community Skärhamn on western Tjörn. A fantastic house to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views where you can follow the sea shifts from the first floor from virtually all rooms. Here you also have a bathrobe distance to salty baths and live in a genuine archipelago environment with proximity to services, restaurants and entertainment. A perfect house for parties that value the fantastic location and can overlook some simple sanitation and standard. The house has a high position, on a hilly natural plot with a lot of mountains (not suitable for small children or the disabled), only 20 m from the sea with fantastic views from both house and plot with several nice patios where you can follow the sun's path in the sky or choose to sit in the shade. Here you can enjoy unabashedly in both sun loungers and various outdoor groups. Feel free to start the day with a morning dip from the cliff and then sit down and enjoy the beautiful location over a cup of freshly brewed coffee on one of the nice patios. A better start is difficult to get on the day. The cottage is on two floors plus a basement. Simple, but charmingly decorated with very typical remains from the 40's. Entrance floor contains kitchen with wood stove and dining area with wonderful sea views, living room with sofa bed, spacious double bedroom and a small toilet. Upstairs there is a living room, also with a fantastic view, a small kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed. There are also rustic small sleeping alcoves in the living room and hall with beds in case you prefer them instead of the sofa bed. NOTE! the house is not suitable for more than a maximum of 6 people, although several beds are available. In the simply furnished basement there is a shower cubicle. If you do not want to swim from the cliff, it is about 700 m to the child-friendly Gråskärsbadet with beach, cliffs and jetty. Here the children can fish for crabs and play in the sand. In Skärhamn you are close to all conceivable services. Well-stocked grocery store and system company about 1000 m on foot. Within walking distance you have Stycken's bakery and café where you can buy fresh rolls for breakfast. Skärhamn has a very rich range of entertainment and culture. From the beginning, the house was a small eel fishing cottage which in the long run has been renovated and expanded. Today it is a beautiful house with an open floor plan. The house has large areas for socializing and sleeping comfort for up to 12 people. The house is decorated with a sleeping loft or a so-called tower room with a double bed. Large kitchen with kitchen island, stove with induction hob, convection oven and fan. There is also a microwave, fridge and freezer as well as a dishwasher. The living room has a stove and a comfortable sofa group. By the pool there is a lovely pergola for relaxing in the shade. For those who want activity, there is a trampoline in the garden. The sights on Öland are many, such as Solliden's castle and Borgholm's castle ruins, which are well worth a visit. There are also many nice events offered during the summer. Öland Zoo is another excursion destination for families with children where you can both watch animals and swim in the water park and ride some carousels for the daring. The nearby Köping Bay offers one of Öland's finest sand dunes. It is not possible for youth groups to rent the cottage.

Experience the entire stretch from Simrishamn and Kivik with their apple orchards and Stenshuvud National Park to Kåseberga and Ale stones. Wallanders Ystad is only a short drive away. By bike, you have many small roads to choose from and can discover the variations of the open landscape up close. For the children there is the Tosselilla adventure park.
