The living room / kitchen area has high ceilings up to the ridge which makes the room airy and large. The large bay window with glass sections provides nice light and views of the sea. The bay window also has direct access to the large (approx. 40 sqm) terrace, which will probably be a favorite place both on beautiful mornings and evenings. There is outdoor furniture, parasols and sea views. The house also includes a carport for secure parking of the car. About 30 m from the house on the best vantage point is the glazed gazebo that you have access to. See the whole nice fjord below with a lot of boat traffic during the summer. Perhaps the best of all is that here you also have access to the large (5x10 m) solar-heated pool which is open under the summer weeks. Everything very well maintained and in perfect condition. The house also has a slightly simpler bar / pub in a separate building that you can access. The house has shared plot and garden adjacent to the owner. All around it is relatively hilly and with some forest behind. To the popular hiking trail around Valdemarsviken it is only 50 m. Down to Valdemarsviks center with shops, restaurants, cafes, harbor and tourist info it is only about 300 m. The nearest municipal bathing place is Grännäs and it is about 2 km, here is a sandy beach, piers, lawns and play equipment, all very family-friendly. As day trips, it is certainly suitable to book boat trips out to the outermost sea band. The boats leave from the small coastal community Fyrudden and it is about 20 km. Close by, you can also rent kayaks, boats and Canadians to explore islands, cobs and skerries on your own. Nearby are also the picturesque towns of Västervik and Söderköping with many attractions and events during the summer. Both about 30-60 km away. Around Valdemarsvik there is magnificent nature with forests, many lakes and small nice communities and villages. In Skärlinge leisure village is this small cozy summer cottage with the forest close by. The cottage was built in 1968 and has undergone some ongoing maintenance but has retained its original feel. On 55 sqm you will find three small bedrooms, a living room with dining area for 6 people and a small sofa corner as well as an open-plan kitchen, toilet and a separate shower room and a corner for washing machine / tumble dryer. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with neighbors on the sides and forest at the back. At the back of the house you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun and at the front of the house there is a porch with a roof. Skärlinge leisure village is located on Lisö in Stockholm's southwestern archipelago. Despite its name, Lisön is now only a peninsula with a road all the way out. It is located about 15 km south of Sorunda in Nynäshamn municipality. There are plenty of islands around. Here is a popular bathing spot with bathing jetties, diving towers and sandy beach. On the beach there is also a nice barbecue and a place with campfires and perches. As popular on New Year's Eve as any summer evening. Here in the community, popular midsummer celebrations and pub nights are arranged with singing. The nearest town is Sorunda and here you will find e.g. a. a grocery store and restaurant. During the summer, there is a water shortage in the area. Because of this, the water is turned off between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Feel free to collect the water in a can, bucket if necessary during this time. Nynäshamn is the nearest largest town. Körunda Golf and Conference is just over 20 km away. The nature and proximity to the sea invites to beautiful walks and salty baths. Should you get tired of it, Stockholm is less than an hour's drive away. Good to know: During the summer months, the water is turned off every night from 22:00/10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This applies to the entire area due to water shortages. Make sure to tap up water in water bottles if you need water during the night. Please note that the toliet can not be flushed during these hours.

Visit Tresticklan National Park, which with an area of 30 square kilometers is the largest roadless and undeveloped forest area in southern Sweden. In the lakes Slagesnässjön (fishing license) and Södersjön there are fishing opportunities. Nearby is Harasjömåla's nice fishing camp and not least you have Mörrumsån, with its famous salmon fishing and Laxens hus. Other nice excursion destinations in your area are Ebbamåla mill with museum and café. For families with children, a visit to Kreativum outside Karlshamn is a must. A Science Center for the curious of all ages, a fantastic house filled with the joy of discovery and aha-experiences. Join a safari tour in the Nordic region's largest safari park Eriksberg. Here, wild crowned and fallow deer, red deer, bison, mouflon and wild boar roam freely together. For those interested in golf, Boa Gk in Olofström is the closest.

Welcome to Virsjödal, just outside the beautiful coastal community of Figeholm! The entrance to the house goes through the cozy and mostly glazed porch. The house contains a living room with a comfortable large sofa and flat screen TV with many channels via Viasat. Nice, fresh kitchen with small dining area. Two bedrooms, one slightly larger with two single beds and the other slightly smaller with a single bed. Inside the house there is a fully tiled fresh WC. Wall to wall with WC is a large shower area with washing machine which is accessed via a separate entrance from the end of the house. Also here in the shower area there is a separate WC. The cottage is thoroughly renovated and everything is well maintained and nice. The patios will surely be favorites, partly one glazed at the entrance with sun deck in front and certainly the other at the back of the house. Here is large outdoor furniture, ball grill and absolutely wonderful views out over the beautiful small spring lake that lies below. This is probably the place for early breakfast and lovely balmy evenings with dinner and sunset. Around the house there are large open lawns for play and games. To the well-kept and family beach it is about 1.5 km on the other side of road E22. Small nice village roads lead down to lovely sandy beach, bathing jetties with bathing ladder, jumping tower, barbecue area and toilets. If you want to swim in the Baltic Sea, it is about 6 km and here too a nice and nice beach. It is 6 km to the town of Figeholm and here is a shop, restaurants, service and tourist info and to the city of Oskarshamn, about 13 km south and there are many events in summer, shopping centers, restaurants and a genuine city center. Around the area there are large forests, many small lakes, hiking trails and nice bike paths. Bicycles can be rented directly by the homeowner on site. The Swedish "glass kingdom" with several glassworks and ceramic production is very close. For the youngest, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is probably at least 60 km away. Charming cottage with proximity to Läcköslott, nice swimming area and scenic environment. Here you live in very beautiful nature, in a quiet cottage area, at the end of the street that borders the forest and the path down to swimming in beautiful Lake Vänern. Ideal for families with children who want to live in a scenic and bathing environment close to many attractions. The cottage was built during the 1970s and there have been ongoing renovations with replacement of fridge / freezer with new floors indoors and where most things are in the 70s style. The kitchen has an open floor plan with dining area for 6 people and a wood burning stove next door. The living room has plenty of seating and a large window with lovely light from the patio. To the right of the entrance is a small corridor. The first room on the right is the bathroom with shower / toilet. The room opposite is a smaller bedroom with a bed 120 cm wide. Adjacent is the master bedroom with a double bed 180 cm and further in there is a bedroom with a bunk bed 80cm wide. Behind the house there is a furnished Friggebod / Guest house with 2 single beds, a small TV and its own small terrace. The house is located in a quiet cottage area with the forest next door. Between the cottage and the white house opposite, a path goes down to the cottage area's bathing area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there. There is a bathing jetty, a small sandy beach and the possibility of grilling. Take the opportunity to make an excursion to Läckö Castle. There are also ancient monuments in the form of rune stones, pilgrimage trails, idyllic and green surroundings with small roads and several nice bathing places. Do you want to enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Hafstensfjord and at the same time have the proximity to the popular tourist resorts nearby such as Smögen, Kungshamn or Lysekil in beautiful Bohuslän. Then you should book at least a week in this nice cottage. With only 6 minutes drive to the popular Torp Shopping Center, the cottage is high and beautiful on Hagaberg, which is located directly across the fjord from Hafstens Camping. At the campsite there is everything from water slide, mini golf, horseback riding or why not challenge yourself in a Zipline ride down the mountain. The cottage is located on a sloping plot and at the entrance of the house there is a lovely lawn. On the lower side there are berry bushes, flowers and a paved terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The entrance welcomes you into a hall with bathroom directly to the left. To the right is the kitchen, which is preserved and reminiscent of the summer cottage from childhood. A living room with a sofa that can be spread out (140cm) and TV for evening coziness. From here you look out to the beautifully glazed conservatory which is added afterwards. Just to be able to sit and enjoy both from the balcony and indoors during different seasons. Another bedroom is adjacent to the living room with a double bed (160cm). Travel cot and high chair available. In the glazed porch there are two dining areas for nice dinners together. As I said, the view is breathtaking and the water in the fjord is emerald green some days thanks to the sand on the bottom. This must be experienced! If you want to make a trip to Uddevalla, there are many activities in this exciting city. Take a shopping day at Torp Köpcentrum or why not explore Stella's Lekland, Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park or a visit to Bohusläns Museum. Lovely Archipelago boats stop at several places with picturesque places to visit that are well worth a visit. From the cottage you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not Liseberg in Gothenburg which is only about 60 minutes from here.
