There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms. The living room opens onto the terrace. On the large landscaped lawn there is ample opportunity for ball games etc. No letting to youth groups.

The house has a total of facilities that offer everything you need on holiday. It has a friendly interior, the oven is a nice highlight on colder days, the small sauna and the whirlpool offer a nice change, especially in bad weather.

The cottage was okay, but it could use a thorough cleaning, the swing was so messed up that it collapsed when the kids had to use it, the sandbox was overgrown with weeds, and some planting was missing / fence to make a little shelter, otherwise the house was well furnished, large and spacious,
