Approx. 600 m from the sea is this well-appointed holiday cottage that simply offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is located on a large plot at the cosy resort Virksund. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, lounge area and wood-burning stove. The house has 5 bedrooms. All rooms with double beds - box mattresses in beds and extra cot. In addition, large and spacious mezzanine. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day you can slide down into the large whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. There is an additional bathroom with shower. In the activity room you can have a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis or table football. Even stereo is installed in the activity room. There is also a sandpit and swings. Please note: The house is not rented to youth groups or crafts groups and is exclusively for holiday stays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
