The house is well decorated with bright and has large rooms with modern furnishings, 2 living rooms and a mezzanine with 3 beds, 3 bathrooms, sauna, whirlpool, well-equipped kitchen and large dining/living room. There are several TVs, a DVD player and satellite dish. You can play a game of billiards or table football or go down in the playroom, located next to the house. Here is an opportunity for table tennis, climbing on the climbing wall, play in the climbing tower in the large sandpit or swing. In addition, there also two mooncars. There is a ventilation system which replace the old air and therefore is very allergy friendly.No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
