Pleasant and friendly welcome, Matilde showed us around and we were given a free upgrade to a larger room. All baby equipment available, the laundry is done by Matilde himself. Wifi is very fast. Beautiful view, on a hilltop between the fields. Supermarket in the village below. We strongly recommend this!

When we arrived the caretaker was present. We were given a warm welcome. The house is situated between wheat fields and grassland. There is a wide view on all sides of the house. There is some forest in the area. It was very quiet and there were many birds in the immediate area, the bee-eaters stopped by every day and every morning we could see deer in the fields. and a pond with ducks. For a family with small children are some playgrounds. The pool is idyllic and clean. The restaurant was nicely decorated. breakfast can be ordered at a certain price, but the coffee is free and delicious. The last kilometers of the road are unpaved, but great to drive.

Nice, lovely female, beautiful environment, nice animals, house ok. Beautiful base, Our daughter of one and a half wondered the three white puppies, the two little dogs (she's left over) and the pasture full of chickens, cows, sheep and donkeys. We also loved the view, the pool, the surrounding area and a perfect base for the many beautiful villages in the area. The apartment was well looked after and the wife of the house was kindness. Tip do not come with your brand new car that can not get dirty, the road is the most spartan last 5 kilometers.

Matilde Agriturismo is beautiful! Nestled in the rolling hills of Crete, it offers complete tranquility, beautiful views, very clean, lovely furnished apartments, with a fabulous swimming pool with plenty of chairs, each apartment has its own sunshade and upon request can be for 5 € breakfast per person with Matilde. We have not availed, but I've looked at their offer Fresh bread, toast, fruit, eggs, ham, salami, cheese, jam, honey and of course the all-important for Italy Dolci as croissants and various cakes. This bakes Matilde's mother even with eggs from their own chickens. The coffee is great, Matilde gave us (o couple. Children, 46 and 50 J. old) once a invited. She is ever an incredibly nice, friendly person! It does not impose on itself, but is a more herzlicherer interlocutor, if you want to. It has become in the 2 weeks of our stay to a girlfriend Us. We keep in touch with her! The only, but surmountable disadvantage to Matilde Agriturismo is that it lies at the end of a 3-4 km long strada bianca, a gravel dirt road, on the one to one or other smaller Schlagloc

We have had a great week at Mathilde our fun was a little spoiled because we have had a lot of rain, storm and hail, but you never know in advance ... Mathilde is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is furnished very nice weather the bathroom is spacious and comfortable and the bedroom, but also the living room is actually in the kitchen and is not much, not very functional, for example, poor lighting and the dining table to seat and from the bank you can not see the TV, not really reasonable ... The kitchen stuff do not like about you is not really encouraged to cook yourself but it can be ... because we did not have such nice weather and we have a lot in have been observed the arrangement of kitchen / living some, but if you can be a lot out of it you will have no / lot less trouble. We spent a week in October and quotMatilde "(locally called Agriturismo San Lorenzo) with our baby. We have really enjoyed our stay. The villa is quietly situated with a wonderful panorama (hills) around. The owner, Matilde, was very responsive and helpful (but not intrusive). She took her own baby at breakfast and gave our son too much attention. There are also two swings, a slide, table tennis, swimming pool, two dogs and various other animals (donkey, pony, cows, goats, etc.), so especially for small children, this is a great place. The villa was for us a good base to visit beautiful places like Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Orvieto, San Gimignano, Volterra, Bagno Vignoni. Furthermore you can find in this area of u200bu200bthe Crete Senesi (fascinating and photogenic chalk landscape, particularly around Asciano). However, there appeared to be no restaurant, as we expected on the basis of the description and photograph. To the villa There is a restaurant (Il Ponte) at the start of the 3.5 km long road, and obviously you can also cook your own food in the house. We could not find the villa difficult in the dark. From Buonconvento (Matilde) we explored Tuscany. It's a great location, great pool and the cottages are neat and everything you need is provided. By car are some beautiful places in Tuscany fine to drive (Florance, Siena, etc.).
