Welcome to a small but cozy newly built house. The house has all the comforts on a small surface, for the small family or one or two adults. There is two beds in the loft that have sitting height but not standing height. Downstairs there is a sofa bed for two. The fully tiled bathroom has underfloor heating, shower and WC. A large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for cozy summer evenings. The house is located with the back towards the owners' house and the front and the balcony are towards the forest, wonderfully restful. Just 300 meters from the house is a swimming lake that is popular, there are many natural areas with nice hiking trails nearby, but also close to Stockholm's inner city with its culture, restaurants and theaters. Here you can experience everything from the ABBA Museum, the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace, and much more. If you want to swim, Farsta Strandbad is conveniently located with lake swimming from either the beach or the pier. For those who prefer swimming in the sea, Ã…rsta Havsbad is a great option, offering a beautiful beach. When bed linen is added, towels are also included. It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage.
