Here you live close to the sea and comfortably in a villa on two levels where the sea is visible between the greenery below from the garden or with a nice sea view up on the balcony. The villa is located in a quiet and child-friendly area within cycling distance of Örnsköldsvik. Heading down to the sea for a morning swim can beckon on a sunny summer morning. On the first floor you enter the hall where you have a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large living room with windows facing the sea side and also the exit to the terrace where you have an awning over one part and a glazed conservatory if the evening is a bit chilly. Garden furniture and barbecue for cozy evenings are available. There are three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a sofa bed that becomes a comfortable bed at night and the other two rooms each have a single bed. On the lower level there is also access to a washing machine which is located in the laundry room behind the kitchen. Upstairs you have another large living room with access to a balcony with a lovely sea view. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom with a shower. You can easily park your car on the driveway in front of the house. Outside there is good space for outdoor activities, the garden is surrounded by a hedge but it is not closed with any gates. There is much to discover around the High Coast. Make a detour to Skagsudde and Skeppsmalen, there are nice hiking trails and small bathing bays. In summer there is a well-visited restaurant and you can also pay a visit to the surströmming museum.
