The cabin is part of a mountain farm dating back to the 18th century in an area with a lot of history; there is more information about this in the cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated with an open kitchen/living room. Both wood stove and fireplace, firewood is included in the price. TV with satellite and several foreign channels. Lovely bathroom with sauna. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a loft with a double bed and mattresses. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site. There is plenty of seating outside, both under cover and on the open terrace. There is abundant wildlife in the area. Here, you can see moose, roe deer, deer, reindeer and several species of birds. Brattstølen ski resort is about 3 km away, and if you want larger conditions, it is a short drive to ski resorts on Golsfjellet, Valdres Alpinsenter, Storefjell, Bualia and Hemsedal. In Gol, you will find Skaga Village Museum and a great water park, Tropicana.
