In front of the house, the lawn can be used as a parking area. The entrance to the house is from the covered terrace at the back. At the entrance there is a bathroom with a shower. There is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed. There are two further bedrooms with two single beds each. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. The generous living room has comfortable seating and a dining area. There is free wifi and a modern TV. From here you come out to a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. In front of the green and fenced plot there is a large green area which gives a pleasant open view towards the sea. On the covered balcony at the back of the house, you have a perfect relaxing and comfortable place for both your morning coffee and your evening meal. The plot has room for all the family's activities. The nice beach is just a short walk away. Put on the bathrobe and take both morning and evening dips. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. Hökafältet, which is nearby, has nice running loops with an outdoor gym and a mountain bike trail. Mellby shopping center is within easy reach. In the area there is the beach hotel, several small shops and restaurants. There is also a popular leisure and exercise area here. To the south you have the Skummeslövstrand summer center. There are also nice cycle paths both to Laholm and Båstad. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. You only have a short drive to Laholm. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails, tracks for mountain bikes and ski facilities. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smed with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Laholm's golf club is closest to you. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups.
