This bright and airy house offers an open plan that promotes community and togetherness – ideal for families with children or a group of friends. Direct proximity to Nature The house is located in the countryside with just a stone's throw from both the sea and the lake, where you can enjoy relaxing days by the water. Enjoy a picnic on the beach or take a refreshing swim. For those who appreciate outdoor life in beautiful surroundings, there are endless opportunities for walks and excursions in the hilly nature. Spacious and Comfortable You are welcomed into a bright hall. Here is a bedroom with two single beds. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a large living room. In the house you will find two modern bathrooms, one of which is equipped with both a shower and a luxurious jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing moments after a day in the sun. The house has plenty of space and offers comfortable sleeping places that make it easy to enjoy yourself together. The stairs up lead you to the kitchen and the other bedrooms. The kitchen is open and has a lovely atmosphere. From the kitchen and the second bedroom of the house there is access to the balcony. In one bedroom there is a double bed 180 cm. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed and in the third bedroom there are two single beds. The living room has a larger sofa for cozy evenings. Garden & Outdoor Play The large, fenced lawn is ideal for playing and games, and there are also swings for the younger ones. End the day by gathering around the fireplace in the back and enjoying a starry night. Please note, however, that the sound of the train passing by can be heard, but it only adds to the rural atmosphere in this quiet area. Important Information We welcome your four-legged friend – but please remember that dogs are not allowed on the sofas or beds. Furthermore, it is important to conserve water during your stay, as it comes from our own well and we strive to preserve our natural resources.
