Here you live in a quiet residential area with a footpath that takes you the 850m down to pleasant Köpingsvik. Here you have everything for an unbeatable holiday and can really enjoy a high standard, pool and one of Öland's best beaches. Please note that the houses are not rented out to youth groups or for parties. Charging of electric cars is not permitted The house has a large private garden with a large patio deck and heated pool and outdoor shower. You have a variety of nice outdoor furniture and deckchairs at your disposal. Adjacent to the patio deck is the glazed conservatory with a nice dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The house has open living areas, with a kitchen and living room area in front of the TV. Large selection of TV channels included. In the main house there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Then there is another bedroom area that is separated by a curtain where there is a comfortable sofa bed. You also have a nice guest house that is fully equipped with a kitchen area and bathroom. Here there is a nice sofa group, as well as a sleeping area with a bunk bed where there is an upper bunk and a lower bunk for two people. In Borgholm you can stroll around and enjoy the lovely atmosphere, the many restaurants, ice cream cafés and shops. There is also a large selection of restaurants in Köpingsvik. There is much to discover on Öland. At Borgholm's Castle Ruins you can really feel the wings of history. Here you can also enjoy concerts with great artists.
