Källvik is a fantastically beautiful old health resort/place with wonderfully beautiful houses, several nice swimming areas and beautiful nature. It is walking distance to popular Loftahammar where there are shops and nice restaurants in a wonderful environment. The house is nicely decorated and really breathes freshness. The ceiling is open up to the roof ridge which gives a lovely feeling of space and airiness. There are large sliding glass doors out onto the large balcony. On the balcony there are two nice lounge furniture groups and a dining group. You have a large open living room with dining area, living area and stylish kitchen. You sleep in three bedrooms. The largest with a door out onto the balcony is equipped with a double bed. The other two with a bunk bed each where the lower bunk is 120cm wide.
