The house contains a living room in open connection with the kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. For cheap heating, a wood-burning stove and air-to-air heat pump are installed, which can also be used as air conditioning. There are several open terraces to the east, south and west. The ground is slightly hilly dune ground. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
