You have a private terrace area and free access to the entire property. Enjoy crystal clear water, a unique flora and fauna and at night the impressive starry sky. Far from the stress of everyday life and without TV, you can go fishing, fly fishing, picking mushrooms, work out on a mountain bike or go for a leisurely bike ride and extensive hike. The evenings are spent here socially with barbecues, often with self-caught trout. However, guests can also spend the evening in peace and quiet and listen to the sounds of nature. If your dog is "socially compatible", he will enjoy having fun with the owners' two dogs on this huge playground. Nature always has the last word here. Incidentally, the electricity in your holiday apartment is generated by the power of the stream.

We felt very comfortable at the Forellenhof, which was also due to the very friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for a gem in the middle of the nature of Alsace and the Vosges and we found it. Even the journey several kilometers through beautiful forest was wonderful and then the sight of the farm in the middle of the lush green as well as the extremely warm welcome from Elfie and Ronald did the rest for us immediately to make you feel at home, our apartment (type 3) was very tastefully furnished, spacious and above all very clean, we very much welcomed the environmentally friendly concept, the view from the balcony of the trout pond

We had the large apartment on the upper floor, we didn't miss anything there, it was comfortable and clean, the landlords Elfie and Ronald are friendly and helpful people, recommended us great excursion destinations, there were many stories to be heard on the evenings together, ,,, e.g. from Fridolin, we felt very comfortable on the farm and will definitely come back,

A super nice vacation spot if you want to enjoy peace and nature, an idyll for hikers and nature lovers, very nice hosts with whom you like to have conversations and sit together in the evening, delicious warm milk from the in-house cow and the trout are a poem, our son asked for expert Instruction Enjoyed fishing, Very lovable dogs for cuddling and stroking, You calmly accepted our dog’s rush yourself, No distance was too far for the living bio bins (wool pigs), We were happy to walk there every day, Thanks for the 4- hour guided hike by our hosts at this beautiful view! All in all an all-round successful holiday!

The trout farm is a dream!!! From the first moment we experienced a hospitality from the owners that we hadn't seen before! The area is a true paradise for people and dogs, you can spend a wonderful time on the Forellenhof with a well-socialized and well-tolerated dog. The host dogs are absolutely friendly and social and welcomed our dog happily from the very first moment! We met so many nice people (and dogs) this week

We had a very good time. We were warmly welcomed. The owners are sweet and helpful. Our dog has not had a leash on for 14 days. The fact that there was no internet was a challenge but wonderfully quiet. Even the kids 16 and 12 had no problem with it. We would love to come back again.
