It's a great apartment. Quiet, 10 minutes walk to the center and 15 minutes to the beach. There is a parking space at the apartment. Parasol, loungers and chairs are new! Very clean inside and out! The landlords live nearby, you see each other regularly, they are very nice and helpful and not intrusive at all - very pleasant. This was the nicest apartment we have ever had.

It was the best stay I ever experienced in Italy! Beautiful, modern designed flat and the owner was so incredibly nice. Although there wasn"t any air conditioning and Wifi, it was the best time of my life, definitely will come back here!

We are in Gatteo a Mare for 3 weeks and enjoy our stay in Venturi Olive very much. The apartment is spacious and clean. Has its own garden. The landlord is very helpful. Gives tips for things to do and good food. Great starting point for the sea and the interior and the icing on the cake you can harvest fresh fruit and vegetables in the garden of the landlord at any time. Thank you very much Giorgio.

We were greeted very friendly the landlord gave us immediately on the first day and still two times in the following days a basket with various vegetables and fruit varieties and wine from the region adjusted. The landlord lives in the house next to it, was with questions at any time to speak, but stayed otherwise. We would go there again at any time!

In June it was still very quiet, therefore not suitable for families with children. The owner was very welcoming. Shame was that much noise was made during our stay at building business units on the other side. The house had anywhere good screens on the windows. That is very important because there was quite a lot of nuisance mosquitoes. Therefore, we usually ate inside.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a quiet location. it is everything that you need for cooking (dishes, cutlery, 훿 ner peeler coffee brew). In the bathroom \\ r \\ nmuss to draw a little dry with a squeegee. The owner are very friendly and helpful and happy to put something from her garden (vegetables and fruit) to the door. This was very tasty. There were also Fahrrr so we could leave the car ca 500-600 m. Free standing a little further.

Il principe contient en tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer des vacances de notre agréable.Lors séjours notamment le jacuzzi était dans un état de saleté répugnant et alors inutilisable qu 'il aurait été agréable d "y prendre un bain apres des marches en montagne. La cheminée était plein de cendres, etc. Vue le prix élevé (200, Fr) pour le nettoyage c "est fait état des est particulièrement regrettable.

The house looks fine. Especially the receipt by the owner was very positive. in the refrigerator was a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of cold water. also there was the necessary fruit ensured that each time was supplemented tuin.De own home is ideal for a couple who want to take it easy. The beach is reasonable (walking and cycling distance) away. Too bad you could hardly sit in the garden because of the many mosquitoes. If you have booked this property, please ensure adequate anti-mosquito sticks with it.!

When we arrived the reception was very good, the fridge was filled with fresh fruit and vegetables and all was well and clearly explained in English. The cottage is located 10min walk from the beach. If you're unlucky you must first wait at the crossing. The barriers have been going on down time and then you wait. The owners are very friendly and help you everywhere, you may order as many fruits and vegetables fresh questions as you want. Where you are good to keep in mind is that you never door key inside the lock let it down, because otherwise you will be out when the door blows. The owner has a spare key, but then there is no key on the inside of the door. The only major downside to the stay were the tiger. We are continually stung by mosquitoes. If you go here take adequate anti-mosquito stuff with you so you do not bother hebt.De environment is super. A day of San Marino and Ravenna is highly raden.Wij are a family with a daughter of 20mnd and have been super!

A lovely location, nice owners and near the beach, where we had nice days. What was special for us, was the use of the garden, so every night we ate fresh vegetables, which was picked by the children themselves. It was also nice that we lived between the Italians and not on a holiday with only tourists.

We received a very pleasant with produce from the garden and the owner had a good stay. Recommended for very low season, and for the season, is to an apartment away from the bustle of the hotels along the coast. The path to the beach is easy to cope with the bikes that are available at the house.

Danielle and Giorgio hell are pleasant and hospitable people. I've traveled a lot and I've already stayed at various places, but I never came anywhere where someone heaved a sigh of relief when I arrived, and there was fresh fruit and a bottle of wine (for free) in the fridge ready. Also during our stay it was always open to questions and they offered help. It was our first holiday in Italy to a relaxed and memorable experience.

The owners are very nice and have a large garden. For this garden they have been a big bowl full of vegetables found in our apartment. And in addition we found 2 bottles of water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. This allowed the first thirst and hunger, the first will be deleted after the long journey.

Gatteo Mare is situated in the middle of the Adriatic Riviera, between beautiful and historic Cesenatico and Cervia to the north and Rimini to the south with it’s never –ending beach and interesting city centre.
The apartments are within easy walking distance (less than 10 mins) of the sea. At the beach are many bathing establishments offering all services – beach beds, umbrellas, bars and restaurants, beach volley, boules and boating, ideal for families. In Gatteo Mare itself you will find small supermarkets, touristy shops, bars and restaurants, on Monday mornings a large market is held in the streets. Go to the tourist office in the main square for information on events and festivals in the area.
But the Romagna region has more to offer than just a beach holiday. The Appenine Hills only 20 kms away are home to many spectacular and ancient hilltop fortresses and towns, such as San Marino,Verucchio, Santarcangelo di Romagna, San Leo and Gradara. All are worth visiting to see the castles, wander the steep and narrow cobbled streets, visit the museums and eat well and drink Sangiovese di Romagna wine at the numerous restaurants. In the hills you will also find wine producers and agriturismo restaurants which use their own grown produce.
For more culture the city of Ravenna is only 25 kms away, drive or take the nearby train to see the famous mosaics. Ferrara and Bologna are also in the region and are interesting to visit. 80 kms further south is the spectacular hilltown of Urbino, with art galleries, palaces, and the artist Rafael’s house.
Throughout the year are many events nearby, cycling (Nove Colli and the Tour of Italy), the vintage car race, the Mille Miglia, numerous markets and festivals celebrating seasonal produce, wine, fruit , cheeses and all types of food.
