Google Maps was lost because the house numbers on Liebetig criss-cross each other. Fortunately Mr Erhart drove up to us and we still found the apartment. This apartment was even more spacious than we had imagined. We even had the entire lawn at our disposal and on rainy days a separate room with a table tennis table. For the price we paid we had absolute value for our money. Mr. and Mrs. Erhart were very cordial and regularly gave us tips on what there was something to do. The disadvantage was perhaps that the nearest village and the lake were not within walking distance, but we used it fairly quickly. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday.

A very warm welcome by the Erhart family and very hospitable and friendly. The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The linens were changed regularly and even the beds were remade. The men were surprised by "Father's Day". We have been able to see a lot of the area and enjoyed it! In short, t was a top vacation. Aly Henk.

Received super sweet. Beautiful residence with 3 bathrooms. All kitchen facilities are available. Fairly central location but without a car you can't go anywhere here. Advice is to buy a Kärntencard right away and you can enter many cable cars, museums, mountain passes and attractions right away.

Very hospitable reception. The owner is very helpful and very friendly, always up for a chat and we regularly got vegetables from the vegetable garden. Very neat accommodation with very spacious bedrooms, all bedrooms have their own bathroom which is nice because we can all could shower right away when we came back from swimming in the Ossichersee.Zeer nice environment where there is much to do, Minus from me, unfortunately you can not really look away in the area when you sit on the terrace But that is a detail and is absolutely made up for by the friendliness and size of this holiday home.

The apartment is great, each bedroom with its own bathroom, but is (in bad weather when the terrace can not be used) is simply too tight the kitchen to eat for five people. Something else would be useful. The terrace can be used when it is dry in bad / cold weather, the terrace for eating can not be used as it drips down the water either from the upper balcony, or into the food hereinregnet.Die daughter of the house has a room in the apartment of guests that can not be. Here no privacy is provided. One evening the landlady came through the inner door to the apartment and meant she would have to take anything out of the house of the daughter. This is so not !! On the last night was the daughter ... at 22.00 pm and went to her room, loud key noise and then shut off again. In the morning at around 6 pm, the lady went away again. What's that about. Although we were informed that this could happen, but could not believe this and then it came out. We will not book with all amenities with three bedrooms and three baths here.

We stayed two weeks in this house which was a perfect base for many of the sights in Carinthia. You have a house you all the comforts facilities, with very friendly welcoming owners who have more than 35 years receive guests. The lower floor is furnished with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and playroom. These have completely at your disposal. A small washer and dryer make sure you have your laundry done quickly can turn. Very fine. On the ground floor is one room of the daughter of the couple. She sleeps there a few nights a week. She walks through the hallway to the room and was not further into the house. The family is very careful with the privacy of the guests and will always ask if they can come inside the house. The towels and bed linen are changed frequently once a week. Otherwise, everything you need there. The doors in the house creak and what beds are for someone with 190 bit short, but otherwise there is little negative to say. We highly recommend this house so everyone.

Nice big house with lots (play) space for children. Ideally, the three bathrooms with shower and toilet. Presence washer and dryer is also very pretig. Beautiful large garden with garden furniture and sun loungers (you may also take to the lake). Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

The country itself is beautiful and Austria we have found our way there. The house was terrible. Not clean, the kitchen too small where the dishwasher was not working and not repaired. The washing machine is too small (room for 1 bath towel) and gym were not present (an antique exercise bike and a trampoline, please note inside!) Luckily there was a table tennis table. Privacy is zero, the owner came unexpectedly every time inside, even when we were away and even people from outside. This despite the fact that he indicated that as long as we were tenant it was our home. After returning to the Netherlands, we have calculated that we had been. In a cheaper hotel Definitely a bummer.

fine received by the owners, were given a tour of the house and asked regularly whether they could do some for us. something far from the ski but you can bathe small Kirchheim super skiing ... about 20 km away. we have just done this and therefore a good holiday. We have 2 wonderful weeks in house Margit. It is a very complete house with many extra "s like ensuite bathrooms, large playroom, a washing machine, dishwasher, large private garden and the weekly clean bedding and towels. The owners are very welcoming and will do anything to the holiday a success. The setting is beautiful and there is plenty to do. We also had another 2 weeks sun with high temperatures. Definitely recommended!

Our experience with house Margit is liked because the owners are very nice people who do everything for you to stay enjoyable. It is a dated house but with all comforts, a lovely garden, everything was clean, beds were good, only thing minus the oven that needs replacement. Highly recommended for those who love peace and quiet.
