There are 4 comfortable apartments on the fenced property (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor). Each has an independent entrance from the outside. Guests have access to a shared garden with a seating terrace and barbecue facilities.
Each apartment consists of a living room with TV and table, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine). There is air conditioning and heating. Wireless internet is available.
There is a playground for the youngest guests. The owner of the center has a bicycle rental on the neighboring property.

Sianożęty is a small holiday resort located approximately 10 km from Kołobrzeg, in the immediate vicinity of another seaside resort - Ustronie Morskie. Sianożęty is located right next to a wide, sandy beach. Golden sand and gentle access to the sea encourage vacationers to sunbathe and sea. In the neighboring Ustronie Morskie there is also a 100-meter long walking pier. The R-10 international bicycle route runs through Sianożęty. From here you can get easily and pleasantly by bike to the nearby Ustronie Morskie, but also to the large city of Kołobrzeg.
