We enjoyed. It was a fantastic house with all the conveniences and comfort. A small minus: in the photo the house had a view of the lake, but in reality that was not the case.

Nicely renovated basic furnished apartment. Ideal as a base to explore Vielsalm and the surrounding area. Downside: the view of the lake from the photos is not guaranteed, because there are two identical blocks, one with a view of lac Les Doyards, the other without a beautiful view, a bit misleading, should be mentioned are on the site....

The boiler is too small (after 2.5 people shower the hot water runs out), there is no vacuum cleaner, no coasters, there is no space to put clothes in, the frying pan is much too small, the bathroom has no proper ventilation that keeps it moist for a long time. The cottage itself and the decor is fine to do.

Beautifully close to the pond and the city itself: very beautiful. Apartment is quite cold: stone floors, electric heaters ... There were no further facilities (restaurant or similar) - not a problem for me but a bit of a shame. Apartment is neat and complete.

Apartment (6 persons) booked from 19/7/24 to 26/7/24. I looked at other reviews in advance and it turned out that the balconies had no view of the lake. Me and my girlfriend had no problem with that, as long as we could enjoy the weather outside on the balcony. When we arrived at the apartment we saw a huge construction site including a crane and excavators for the complex. Fortunately, we didn't have any problems during the first few days due to holidays, but then we were jolted out of bed at half past eight because they were busy building outside. This was not mentioned by Belvilla, but if we had known this, we would not have booked here. We like to have some peace and quiet during our holiday.

Beautiful and complete house. The kitchen is complete, only there is no proper oven. The geyser is quickly empty and the sauna because of the bathroom is less.

General defects: without wifi was known but also nowhere else to get defective towel holder on the floor toilet paper roll holder not available (the rolls are on the floor -1 / 2 shower shelf not available-must be placed on the floor communication at the reception not in English or German possible connection to a contact person was then very good in German for the final cleaning 49 € are due upon arrival-we had the feeling that no one has lived here for a long time or the cleaning service decides the final state? -You can think about chair cushions with sheet steel furniture and a parasol!? TV -not usable for German vacationers- 16 foreign language channels / channels! Rating: ***

When we arrived we first mopped it ourselves.. the carpet was not clean either.. also no possibility to vacuum it. A lot of dust on the light dome.
The sun shines on the house all day which is nice but there was no parasol for the terrace.. The house itself has no possibility to cool it down.. maybe place air conditioning or a fan..
Price quality we certainly paid more.
The sofa bed in the living room needs to be renewed..
