Very friendly and attractive holiday apartment in a fantastic location right on the North Sea dike, friendly reception by the landlord on site, the large property is ideal for families, our apartment had completely new mattresses in the parents' room and in the children's room, beds were already there when we arrived fully occupied, all in all highly recommended, we will definitely come back here again,

Basically a nice holiday with children and dogs, but it should definitely be mentioned in the catalog that there are very strict rules for dogs, the boat trip to one of the islands costs more than for the child and the dog is only allowed to move on the dog beach, a walk to the leash on the beach promenade is not permitted, so you pay, for example, f, Langeoog for a 14km long beach but you can only see it on the dog beach,,,

Lovingly and functionally furnished clean apartment with terrace, large garden with play equipment that invites the children (and parents) to romp, super nice and animal-friendly landlord, only the way to the bakery and the beach is longer than described, Neßmersiel is only for holidays with dogs to recommend!

The apartment is ideal for relaxing, everything you need for a great holiday is available, we would recommend the south-facing apartment with children, then you can always see the huge garden and the play equipment for the children, the apartment is very bright and friendly furnished, nice rental, we'll be back!

Everything was great, we particularly liked the bathing beach of Nemersiel, new sand and new beach chairs characterize the image of the beach, from the beach cafe I have a wonderful view of the islands of Norderney, Baltrum and Langeoog! Nice landlords and a well-kept garden. We also had bicycles available
