The apartment received a new and well-equipped kitchen in winter 2024, so nothing stands in the way of preparing a delicious meal. The living and dining area are inviting and comfortably furnished and there are 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. The Baltic Sea resort is located directly at the exit of the Kiel Fjord, one of the busiest waterways in the world. Laboe is also known as “The sunny side of the Kiel Fjord”. The harbor is one of the most beautiful in the Kiel Fjord. The hinterland is characterized by fields, forests, meadows and lakes - the historical landscape of the provost.

Our dog was welcomed in a friendly manner, the location of the accommodation right on the beach is great, it couldn't be better, the view from the terrace of the Bay of Kiel is very beautiful and varied, it wasn't good that at the very beginning for the third + fourth no towels were laid out for the person, but they were made up later,

Unfortunately, the negative aspects always stay longer in the memory than the positive ones: * Smoker's bar on the ground floor Smoke into the stairwell and from there into the corridors * The stairwell is cleaned far too rarely (not at all?) - the carpeting is unacceptable very positive: we Were able to go to the room immediately after arrival (11:00 a.m.) great!!

Furnishings and inventory are totally outdated, we were also in this house 24 years ago, the seating furniture and the entire inventory is from that time, the chairs are just disgusting, only the sofa was reupholstered, the carpet was renewed, price and Performance not correct !!!!!!!!!
