The apartment was one of the cleanest and most well equipped we',ve ever been to! Spacious, sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, and a big bathroom, It was well presented on the pictures, but it exceeded our expectations because of the small details added to it (extra blankets and pillows, brochures for the city, bath essentials,,,), We',ve had a dedicated parking spot right down the street, which was great because Dubrovnik is quite tricky for using a car,\r\n\r\nThe communication with the host was outstanding - nice, discreet and friendly, Before our check-in he showed us around the neighbourhood, told great tips for the city and helped with the baggage - since the apartment is located on a steep street, \r\n\r\nThe location of the apartment is a 20-25min walk from the old town - but have in mind that this a steep walk, My advice is to call an Uber since it',s quite cheap (we payed around 4euros) and a short ride to the centre, There',s a bakery and a supermarket nearby as well,

Very, very nice landlord. We were met on the main street and accompanied to the parking lot. He drove us with our luggage in his car to the apartment, which was in a small nearby side street (on the mountain). Before that, he showed us the nearby shops (supermarket, bakery), as well as a good pizzeria. The apartment was very well equipped, modern with a terrace. It is not in the tourist area, but close to the harbor and the old town was easy to reach on foot or by bus. Great location for sightseeing in Dubrovnik.

I liked absolutely everything. The apartment is very nice and has everything you could need and more (this is not usual as we found that most apartments do not have toiletries, only kitchenware and limited) even a washing machine with soap to do the laundry, a garden with tables for the exclusive use of the apartment, although it is a little far from the old town it is a walk of about 25 minutes or you have the option of an Uber for about 6€ each way. We went by car and left it in a parking lot that the owner told us about and he picked us up there and took us back. Now a special mention for the owner Miho, he is the best host I have ever met, as well as attentive. and friendly, attentive to his guests We had a problem with a collision with another vehicle when we had already left the apartment, we called him and he immediately came to help us, Eternally grateful!!\nIf we ever return to Dubrovnik, we would definitely stay here again,

amazingIt has been an accommodation that has completely exceeded our expectations. It is clean, comfortable, very well cared for and with so many quality details that help the guest a lot. It has everything you could need in terms of utensils and everything is new. The garden, although we did not use it for enjoyment, is beautiful. As for the host, Miho is unbeatable, she is attentive to you, she advises you on how to get around and what to see. She also goes to pick you up at the parking lot she has. We have traveled a lot and this apartment is in the top 3 of the best apartments we have been to. The washing machine and all the detergents or the TV with Netflix are great, it is 25 minutes walking from the main entrance of Dubrovnik, but with Uber it is 4€, thanks Miho.

Nice apartment, good location, great host. Our host, Miho, did everything to make us feel comfortable. The parking lot (secured by a barrier) is about 200m from the apartment and Miho transported the luggage on arrival and departure very punctually. Clean, small apartment, small terrace, about 2 km to the old town. A kayak tour (3h) is highly recommended and can be booked through Miho. Great experience!

Apartments L&M are located in Gruz, modern part of today's Dubrovnik, only 15 minutes ride from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Property location is perfect for getting to know undiscovered areas of Dubrovnik and visiting Dubrovnik's breathtaking archipelago.
