A top accommodation in a nice quiet place. The house is very spacious, many different bedrooms but a nice large living room and terrace where you can all sit together. The jacuzzi and sauna are also a nice addition and have been used extensively.

This house has everything for a weekend with couples / friends to go. You don't hear the noise when you sit outside from the neighbors. Perfect to enjoy here! The sauna is not very hot but enough to sit in for fifteen minutes. The kitchen even has spices and it's best to bring pods for the coffee machine. Great accommodation and well worth the price.

Beautiful spacious house, where you lack nothing. In terms of coffee machine, you can choose from filter, Nespresso or Senseo. The beds were neatly made on arrival.
Lovely large garden with the cows as a view. Very friendly owner. If you have a question, you can call or text and you will get a quick response.
The jacuzzi had a lot of added value for us, which was used frequently.
If I had to mention a downside, it is that the garden furniture was dirty and in the kitchen the drawers / cupboards were not all that clean. Anyway, cloth over the furniture and done. For the rest it was also just clean, so fine.
We had good weather, so were mainly outside. In bad weather you can go to the sauna or play pool or watch a movie on the big screen. Recommended!

This is a very nice villa with almost all facilities and a large garden. Both for a weekend with friends and for families. Nice owner who explains everything well. The only downside is that the guest house (where there are 3 bedrooms) is only accessible from the outside. That is not pleasant with less nice weather. Better there should be a passage from the main house. Furthermore, a fantastic house!

Large and beautiful house, is a bit outdated here and there, but good to stay with a large group. Inconvenient that the extra part if you are more than 10, can only be reached from the outside. There are only 2 large bathrooms, which is little if you are at full capacity. Good price / quality ratio.

Everything was explained very carefully on arrival. The house was clean and the beds freshly made. Unfortunately there were many steps in the house and on the first floor only concrete floor which makes the house very dangerous for families with small children. The environment is beautiful for walks and hikes.

Warm welcome. Child-friendly environment. Everything was provided for children and adults so that the stay was pleasant. Well equipped kitchen and everything is sufficiently present. A minus point, we can not go hiking in the woods because it was hunting season.

Het huis lijkt op de foto's mooier dan in werkelijkheid. Haren in douche, vuile borden en glazen in de kast. Het was voldoende maar soms ook net niet . Losse kraan in badkamer, geen licht badkamermeubel . Omgeving heerlijk rustig

The house is spacious and light, but needs maintenance here and there. Kitchen and utensils were far from clean. Due to moisture problems, the earth leakage plug went out several times. In terms of atmosphere, it was very bare and empty, not even curtains. Beds and shower were good. A point to take into account that the house consists of two parts and can only be reached from the outside if you want to go to the other part. Location is nice and quiet.

Er is veel ruimte in dit huis. Aangename salon en eetplaats, toffe ontspanningszaal, leuke cinema-ruimte met spelconsoles (Wii en playstation) en beamer, ruime keuken met bijkeuken, jacuzzi en sauna. Maar het geheel vertoont mankementen door ouderdom: In de keuken werkt de oven slecht, de inhoud van de keukenkasten is een zootje bij elkaar. Er is zeker voldoende uitrusting (echter slechts 2 bruikbare pannen!) maar het is een zoektocht om te vinden wat je nodig hebt. De frigodeur draait verkeerd open en zou eenvoudig kunnen omgedraaid worden. Naast 1 kamer met private badkamer (douche en lavabo) zijn er voor het overige slechts 2 badkamers. 1 badkamer in het bijgebouw voor 3 slaapkamers (zeker OK). In het hoofdgebouw 1 ruime badkamer voor 4 slaapkamers waarbij 2 slaapkamers zich onder het dak bevinden en de badkamer 2 verdiepingen lager. Er zijn enorm veel trappen te doen in dit huis en vooral niet aan te raden voor ouderen. Ook omdat een leuning ontbreekt voor de trappen tussen leefruimte en keuken, en leefruimte en hal. De vloer in de leefruimte en keuken is groezelige gepolierde betonvloer die sterke verouderingstekenen vertoont. Voorziene spelmateriaal is onvolledig of stuk. Voor het elektrische dartbord zijn er geen pijlen, een mannetje van het voetbalspel is stuk en er zijn geen geschikte balletjes, voor de Wii zij er geen consoles beschikbaar. TV via schotelantenne waarop geen enkele Nederlandstalige zender beschikbaar is. Wifi wel dik in orde. Doordat de garagepoort niet bruikbaar is kan je ook geen fietsen binnen stallen, hetzij in de speelzaal. Een deel van de woning is slechts via een buitendeur bereikbaar. De meubelen zijn over het algemeen een allegaartje van kringloopmeubelen die niet echt praktisch zijn maar eerder 'kamervulling'. We hadden een aangenaam weekend met 18 familieleden tussen 2 en 88 jaar maar zouden deze woning zeker niet opnieuw kiezen.

At the arrival there was no one available. Key was in the mailbox. The villa was dusty and not really schoon.Er were in 2 bedrooms the lamps kapot.Vandaar that our thought was that the villa (which by the way was good at the price) not prepared for our arrival !!!

With a bunch of friends and their children celebrated a week's holiday in a very complete huis.De large covered outdoor jacuzzi turned out fantastic for kinderen.Enig downside is that the guest house with three bedrooms and accompanying relaxation room (dartboard, pool table) is not accessible from inside .

Super nice weekend to spend in beautiful accommodation. Lots of space for the children, both inside and outside. It would be even nicer if outside were also some toys, like the neighbors. For small children, the chalet less suitable because of the many stairs. The little ones get down in the play, was not an option. Finally, kudos to the hospitality and service of the landlord!

Good weekend had in fine cottage sorry we do not Flemish channels were received as to the race of the red devils. The problem lay with the provider of TV and Internet and not the homeowner.
