We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house with a gigantic garden. The reception was very friendly and flexible. (In advance) we also had nice contact via WhatsApp with the owner. The house has basically everything you need, but there is no coffee maker and no kettle. There is a percolator, and we boiled water in a pot, so it was fine in the end. I also missed hand soap, some cleaning product with a cleaning cloth, basic items like pepper, salt, and oil, and maybe a few toilet rolls instead of just one. In the end, you can buy these yourself, but if you travel by plane, you have to leave all of this behind. Everything else was well organized, and it was a nice place to stay. The garden was especially nice to sit in and enjoy the peace and the sun, and it was big enough to play games like hide and seek. The WiFi was good enough as well. The beds are a bit harder, but we slept well despite being used to a soft bed. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool due to our stay in April. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Warm welcome by the owner. The cottage was small but nice. Everything you need is available. The pool was large with plenty of loungers. Beautiful surroundings. Suitable for day trips to Cortona or Arezzo.

In the really beautiful garden and the beautiful pool you completely relax after a trip to e.g. Arezzo, Cortona or Perugia. In short, this agriturismo is definitely worth it.

Nice base to explore the area. Nice small town 5 km away. Owners have a nice red and white wine. Also tasty olive oil with lemon too. Owners are very friendly and helpful, but modest.

Cottage is spacious enough for two people. Garden is large and well maintained. The pool is fine only in May some cold ... nice welcome and excellent dinner on Thursday evening at the eigenaren.Omgeving is nice, especially had in the bergen.Al in all a great holiday.

Beautiful farmhouse with pool
This welcoming, pleasant farmhouse is located in the sunny hills of Castiglion Fiorentino, amidst woods, vineyards, and olive trees. There are three apartments in total, overlooking the large garden. _x000D_

The furnishings are traditionally Tuscan, with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings. _x000D_

Each apartment has a private terrace to relax in complete tranquillity. There is a pizza oven and a barbecue for guests to use. Breakfast or dinner can be provided on request. The owner of the house is a very good cook, so if you have the opportunity, enjoy a Tuscan dinner in a farmhouse. Fresh products are used. The swimming pool with panoramic views is behind the apartments, so it is very quiet in the garden, and it includes a solarium with deckchairs, parasols, and a shower. Part of the garden has games for children. You can go for walks or bicycle rides in the surrounding area. _x000D_

The farmhouse grows typical plants and shrubs using organic methods and produces and sells wine, olive oil, and vin santo, so, if you wish, you can even buy and take home a small olive tree as a souvenir! _x000D_
