We stayed 1 week in this wonderful house. The place is very peaceful. Well received at the agency. Clean, well maintained house. Everything is as described. A little extra, there is only one neighbor on the side so if you want a peaceful vacation, out of sight, it's here.

Arrival, super arranged. You will be welcomed in Dutch. After data and useful information to have received from the area we are accompanied by two staff members to the house where we get a tour. The setting is superb. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, but from there have to make several trips a short distance. The accommodation is great. All mod cons, we have not missed anything. Kitchen is more than complete. Only thing strange is that the dishwasher in the garage is that you can only access the outside. But that's the only thing we can figure out what is a more item for this property.

Our experience at Belvilla was quite pleasant, The accommodation was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs, We appreciated the proximity to Playa Sant Pere Pescador, just a short walk away, The kitchen had all the essentials, which made cooking a breeze, While the decor was simple, it felt homey, One minor downside was the distance to public transport, but it didn't hinder our stay too much, Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway

quiet area, beautiful house with many amenities and nice pool, only the garage is no garage but storage room with bicycles and bbq and garden furniture, and the dishwasher is also there so you have to walk around with all the stuff, we have not used it. But definitely recommended if you like a quiet holiday.

The house was clean, simple and functional and the garden nearly completely enclosed (for dogs), there was just one low wall near the gate (approx. 50cm heigh) where our dog could easily jump over, but we fixed this by putting a foldable chair in the opening. The pool has a nice size and there is a heat pump installed, but this heat pump wasn"t working and the water was too cold (for us at least) to swim in. We didn"t bother to contact the local Lyme Team ( who where very friendly and helpfull BTW) to get it started so this is not a complaint.

It is a nice holiday home, close to sea and beach. The pool is a real plus for the necessary cooling. Our kids (and we) have many hours in besteedt.Het cottage itself is basic, but compleet.Je lives there anyway especially outside in the summer.
