What a fantastic place, the view is stunning! The house was fine, the pool lovely. The swimming pool is not located directly at the house, but can be reached via a country road. Warm and no mosquito screens on the windows. The beds in 1 room were terrible. Old kapok mattresses. These really should be replaced. Furthermore, the oven did not work. It was supposed to be fixed, but we didn't see anyone else. We were allowed to use the oven in the house next to us.

Beautiful view, authentic decor and clean.
Upon arrival you really have the dolce vita feeling.
However, a few points did not contribute to comfort, such as a very bad mattress on one of the beds, many mosquitoes, no screens on the windows and no fans, which makes for sticky nights, many mosquito bites and poor sleep.
In addition, it is half a very steep mountain pass away from shops and restaurants. This makes going out to eat and returning in the dark a real challenge and you won't be able to get fresh rolls in the morning.
It's a shame that the oven didn't work either. And a tip: invest in good pans.

Beautiful place. Good bed, the basics are present. The estate used to be a farmers company rustic natural environment. Good place to unwind in the hills of Tuscany. Beautiful swimming pool. Florence hour by car, by train three minutes.

Tip from the houseowner

La locanda di Praticino is the restaurant of the agriturismo with excellent dishes of Tuscan cuisine. You have to reserve in advance and the restaurant is only open in the evening. It is a 5 minute walk from the apartment to the restaurant. When the nights are warm, dinner is served outdoors. You can admire the magnificent panorama. The restaurant is the meeting place of the farm: inside there is a comfortable lounge with TV and WIFI. You can also get all kinds of information and suggestions for excursions in the area.
