Pleasant welcome by enthusiastic Laurence! Like the description, the house is also more simply beautiful to stay with a group. Several pluses, large open kitchen, all rooms perfect, top terrace ... also the cooperation with Bell Villa and Laurence went very well because of questions I had in advance ... a must, but not at the moment when we want again come

The villa Cierreux is a very spacious house with more than enough space for 24 guests. There are more sleeping places, but the tables are equipped for 24 people. There is also entertainment for the children: a playroom for the little ones, a billiards table (cues need to be renewed), a ping-pong table (bring your own pallets and balls), a darts board (provide your own darts) and a kicker table. The house is very quiet with a beautiful garden with garden benches and a bbq that also needs some work. There is also a lounge place. The kitchen is fully equipped with 8 hobs, 2 ovens and an industrial dishwasher. During our visit, 1 of the 2 microwaves was broken, but that would be fixed. In at least 2 rooms the mattresses weren't great, but adequate for a couple of nights.

Very spacious house with enough (bath) rooms for everyone. It could do with a revamp here and there, but it's not a nuisance. Host was nice and helpful. Final settlement is a little long in coming. Contact with host is good. All in all, very satisfied. Worth repeating.

The arrival was good. Kindly received. Accommodation: + very spacious rooms, + almost every room a bathroom. + enough space even if you are 30 at home. + sufficient material in the kitchen (plates, glass pans, pots. Cooking utensils here and there to be replaced. + Satisfied parking- BBQ was not usable too bad because we were going to do a winter BBQ. - On the site there is that there is a pool table available however, this is not present.

Good reception and tour of the proprietorThe accommodation was very spacious and the kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped. Nice living room, large table for outdoor dining in good weather and nice lounge set to sit outside. The rooms were fine with more than enough plumbing for such large groups. A limited number of minuses The pool table and, to a lesser extent, the BBQ may be refreshed or replaced. , In the play area with beamer the false ceiling is released in some places. Also unfortunate that there were problems with the Belgacom decoders so we missed the Champions League final on (large) screen. In general therefore a very positive experience with this stay in a very quiet omgeving.Aanrader near Blotevoetenpad in Gouvy.

Beautiful accommodation, a wealth of space, large rooms with a lot of sanitary facilities. Playroom with billiards, table football and table tennis. Top for the youth. However, Wi-Fi is not ok. Quiet, beautifully large house with spacious rooms and well-kept bathrooms. There is sufficient animation available. Seats (salon, tables) are very spacious and beautiful. Seats outside were not provided with cushions, despite the warm weather. They were apparently smeared by the previous tenants, but we obviously do not have a message about that. A small form of financial compensation would have been appropriate here. The red seats that look nice on the website, were dirty and moved to the basement where there was a possibility to show films in large. Reception by the responsible lady was very warm. Despite the many positive impressions, the house here and there some maintenance ceiling cinema location was loose in various places, barbecue outside was partly broken and not maintained. All in all a positive feeling after a good weekend.

Pleasant house with nice living space. Kitchen is ok, but with regard to the appliances not top for such a large home (eg ovens and hobs are too slow) Bedrooms and showers are fine. The extra relaxation areas are a bit tired. Homecinema is completely over for what it really is ...

We had a great weekend, the garden was nice and the rooms were well equipped. There were damp problems on a lot of walls in the house, the living room doesn"t have any curtains nor carpets, due to which there is a lot of noise when we were complete. The arrangements to enter the house were terrible. We had to wait for 3.5 hours in order to get in. A neighbor passing by said that this is often the case. There are often people waiting for hours to get in.

Mix of old and new rooms, beds (and mattresses). Room description does not match description on the site (number of mattresses per room is incorrect, there are no bunk beds). Wouldn't come back here with 28 people. There are insufficient quality mattresses for this.
Bathrooms are also a mix of modern and old.
Playing corner and billiard sticks need to be renovated…

We had a very nice week-end with the family. Both small and large has a good time there. The house is huge and well gelegen.Spijtig is the beautiful interior is not strong enough, the curtains were failing quickly and fell down without there was to komen.Ook in the kitchen not everything is in order, there was only one who truly pan was useful! For the rest everything was fine and also provided. The house is highly recommended for large groups or families.

Very warm welcome by Laurence. All seven couples and 11 children all found a nice room with bathroom. Kids enjoyed playroom downstairs. Parents of the spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. For the kids we had a treasure hunt worked out and we found a nice walk to the house of about 3 km. We also made trip to Supplie of Doyard Houffalize, nice walk and some men went mountain biking. successful weekend. House with cozy living room with fireplace. The 11 bedrooms are well furnished recommended for groups consisting of ± 10 couples. The welcome by the owners could not be better you feel right at home. Beautiful area, but we had no luck with the weather. The homely warmth this happy compensated.

we are well received by the owner and had a tour, it was a big cozy furnished house in a quiet environment. We stayed there with 13 adults and 15 children have made us all very amused. the billiard table and table tennis were very popular among the youth. The bedrooms were beautiful with bath or shower. the kitchen was very spacious and practical where everything was present. We are all well with Zen enjoyed it and is definitely worth repeating. a must so

A lovely big house, perfect for a larger group. We have stayed with a family of 21 people, ranging in age from 13 to 82 years, and we have a great time. Besides the listed facilities at the house, the house also has a spacious terrace where you can relax. Moreover, lots of privacy. An absolute must.

This house offers ample space and comfort for a relaxed vacation with friends and / or family to spend. Everything is neat and tidy, the kitchen is very well equipped (with dishwasher professional), the playroom is provided for young and old (er). The fireplace between the kitchen and living room makes it a delightful and charming. Right next to the house leaves a nice walk ... a must with kids! We went with a group of 13 adults and 16 kids and we have a super weekend!
