Step outside to a partially fenced, south-facing 200 m² garden with a tiled terrace, complete with a cozy canopy, garden furniture, and sun loungers for relaxation. A lockable garden shed is also available. Inside, the sunny living room features comfortable seating, a digital TV with Dutch and German channels, and a hi-fi system. The bright, modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, and a 4-burner gas stove.

You'll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm), a second with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), and a third children's room with a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm). The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washbasin, with a separate toilet.
