Arrival was fine, the owner was already present. The contact was very pleasant. She speaks only French. The house is perfect, all spaces are large, the amenities are very good. The inventory is complete, with a beautiful covered outdoor terrace. Problems with the lack of WiFi were solved well. The environment was, in our opinion, somewhat disappointing. The village has not had a restaurant or hotel for years, the municipal swimming pool is isolated and did not look attractive. There is a small supermarket with a wide range of options, and also a bakery. The village has no ATM, for that you have to go to Aurillac, Montsalvy or Maurs or further. There is a post office in the mairie. The surrounding places are accessible via winding roads, logical because we are in the mountains. Restaurants nearby are in Montsalvy or Mourjou, with very good food.

Had a wonderful two weeks holiday in Calvinet! The cottage is spacious and everything is there! We have only heard birds, crickets and cows for two weeks, otherwise complete rest. Is a bit remote, lots to do in the area, but you are occasionally 45-60 minutes in the car, partly due to the winding roads. Large supermarkets 20 minutes away in Aurillac. The only downside we can think of were some hard beds, which were just a bit too hard for us. Otherwise absolutely great!

We found this holiday home to be very comfortable and practical for our family, The location is peaceful, and we appreciated the easy access to walking and cycling trails nearby, The hosts were friendly and responsive to our questions, which made our stay even better

We really liked the cottage in Prentegarde, Calvinet. In addition to the warm welcome from our hostess, the spacious house and the neat complete furnishings made sure that my wife and I immediately felt at home. We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home in Calvinet! The kids loved playing in the private garden while we enjoyed barbecuing on the terrace, The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the house itself is cozy and well-equipped, Highly recommend!

There was nothing in the house eg no toilet or salt and peper.Er was annoying gravel in the garden that you take every time you go inside, very irritant.Verder fine house just outside the village.

Beautiful house, everything is there and still as good as new. Spacious bedrooms and badkamers.Fijne garden with a beautiful fireplace and barbeque also uitzicht.Prachtige a beautiful setting with beautiful places to visit. Delicious two weeks had not only weather helaas.Voor small children there is not much to do if you can not swim.

A very nice quiet plekje.De bedrooms were very nicely dressed, a kind prinsessenkamers.Het is a very spacious and bright huis.Alle stuff was brand new, sometimes not even uitgepakt.Het like this picture on a street to lie but that is not zo.Het there is super quiet, a very rural omgeving.Wij have a nice week gehad.Gekanood on the Lot, gewandeld.Oude beautiful villages with the car well bereikbaar.Restaurants in the vicinity you should do a little searching , on Sunday and Monday are not open.Met the fresh stuff from the market we barbequed in the garden. To enjoy cooking there is everything present in the well-equipped galley was a lovely spring week.
