On arrival the beds were already made and that is a nice start to the holiday. To welcome us there were also delicious pastries ready for us. Nice new park under construction but no inconvenience all week. only 300 meters away for lovely walking or cycling. There are also many MTB Mountain Bike Routes. In Rijssen or Holten at 3 km away nice center with various shops. The possibility to arrive earlier on Saturday and leave later on Sunday was very practical. All in all a nice unforgettable May holiday.

Nice house, only complicated because there is not really a reception. The key is located next to the door in a locker, when you have booked you will receive your house number and the code of the locker in the mail. Furthermore, very nice and tidy house. You do not have much privacy in the garden, you can look into other gardens. Nice heated swimming pool. Had a great holiday

Beautifully clean house, beds that are comfortable and a neat sleek interior. Everything sufficiently available in the kitchen, nice such a dishwasher during this mini vacation! And that in a wonderfully quiet environment. I missed a description of the park, for example where to leave waste or who to call in case of unforeseen circumstances, this since there is no manned reception, which is not a loss given the small scale of the park.

Buitenplaats Holten is a wonderfully quiet small bungalow park.
Neat, clean and fully furnished. On sunny days we had enough space around the house to sit in the sun or in the shade. So fine.
It is a pity that Belvilla specifies a nightly rate on the site including bed linen and cleaning, but that you still have to pay for this separately. Emailing and endless phone calls didn't solve anything. On the contrary: my polite e-mails were blocked!

Complete bungalow, communication by telephone and e-mail went well. Problems with WIFI and TV were neatly resolved. Missed reception crew on arrival.

Our family of five had plenty of space in this charming chalet, The garden was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed easy access to local attractions like the Natuurdiorama Holterberg, A lovely getaway in nature!

Nobody spoke on arrival, key was in the key box, but that was well organized. Beautiful accommodation, everything you need is available and very spacious. Beautiful surroundings, especially for cycling

Despite Corona a week away, that's what it was all about. We were very lucky with the weather, so that we could walk a lot, together with the dog. What disappointed me were the fabric that hung in various places through the house. And the shower tray was not clean. It is also a pity that there is no dimmer on the lighting, so you cannot make it really attractive. In the end, we did that by burning candles and putting a tea towel over the lamp above the table. Unfortunately, it was quite a mess in part of the "park". Old mobile homes that were partly demolished and still had to be cleaned up, or were even used as waste containers. Pity.

A nice house for 6 people downside is that there is no air conditioning for such an amount. We also found the house not very well cleaned on arrival. Location is great and ideal for cyclists.

The accommodation was completely unclean. We found disgusting stains on the pillows and the whole house was full of insects. Tables and walls, the oven, dishes, the bathroom, everything was dirty.

Chalet in Netherlands with Spacious Garden
The modern chalet is different from the others because of the robust poles that seem to cover the terrace. Inside, this accommodation is very tastefully furnished, so you'll feel right at home. The garden offers plenty of space and the terrace at the side of the house is also a nice place to spend some time. There also is garden furniture!
