Large, well-kept outdoor area. Well equipped kitchen. Clean sanitary area. 3 toilets distributed in the house was very great. Very quiet location. Very hiking-friendly. Playground for children was very good. Cozy living room with fireplace. All-round wellbeing! TOP!

What a beautiful quiet house. There is a lot of space and silence. Very nice owner and cleaning lady. The owner speaks several languages, the cleaning lady only Czech. From the house you can easily go to beautiful places in the area. Recommended!

Hello,
We always enjoy coming to Loucna to the Anna holiday home, this was the third time. It's like coming home. Cozy living room with two tables for playing, one with a double head and the other with settlers. If you don't play along, you can make yourself comfortable in the couch and armchairs. The warming fire blazes in the fireplace.
We also watched a film and looked at photos on the big TV.
The new highlight is the whirlpool, which we heated to 39°C with the wood stove; Very nice to relax after our hikes, unfortunately there wasn't that much snow this time. Next time in the snow it will be even more beautiful. The pick-up and handover is so easy because everything is included. And everything is really clean, the rooms and kitchen are well furnished, and thanks to the three toilets you never have to wait.
I don't actually want to rave so much, not that it's already rented out when we want to come back next time. Many thanks to Lumir, who always answers immediately and easily.

Every year we go to the Czech Republic to a holiday home.
We have never written anything.
We liked it so much this time that we want to make an exception.

The location of the house was ideal for us and our dog.
It is the last house in town, you have no direct neighbors and you only hear the rustling of the trees.

There is a large property with several terraces and seating areas.
Since it often rained, we also had to spend a lot of time indoors.
What we particularly liked was the comfortable seating, which was unfortunately rare in other holiday homes.

The house itself is very old and you sometimes have to duck your head. ;-).
But it is beautifully restored and updated.
It was very clean and we didn't miss anything.

We can only recommend it and will come back next year.

Old world charm with modern touches! The ceilings are low, but it just adds to the character, I really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room, made the whole stay feel so warm and inviting, If you like skiing or just relaxing in nature, this is the spot, Would def come back!

Arrival, key and information transfer were fine. This also applies to final settlement. It is a very spacious house with a large kitchen and a lovely wood stove in the living room. The bathroom is good. The house has been delivered very clean. The bedrooms look fine. The beds are relatively new and the mattresses on the hard side. The house stands on a large plot of land and there is an unobstructed view over the fields. It is on the edge of the village. There are plenty of hiking opportunities. Ski slopes are about 30-45 minutes away. We look back on it with great pleasure.

After consulting the search engine of your organization, we have selected a location / holiday home.. It concerns a holiday home accommodation in Jindrichovice-Loucna in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the accommodation, it was very disappointing because the reality was completely opposite. Your description that appears on the site. This description does not correspond to reality and is misleading!!. On arrival we were met by a Czech woman, who spoke no other language. We were quickly guided through the house, and then the position of the electricity and gas. (of which I took pictures) to pay the deposit. Then she left again; Your site contains completely misleading photos, which were taken with a wide-angle lens. This makes it seem very spacious and light. In reality, however, it is small, dark and low; According to your description the house was very clean. However, this was the opposite. It was downright dirty and filthy!!. The fridge and freezer were so filthy that we didn't dare put anything in them until we had thoroughly cleaned them; All crockery and cooking utensils, the knobs of the stove, the oven were stuck and we had to clean them thoroughly before being able to use them. There was sufficient crockery available. In fact, it was so much that we couldn't put anything in the cupboards. It was a mixed bag of different dishes. We washed everything we used and created space in the cupboards. The dishwasher turned out to be broken and didn't work. The extractor hood was so greasy that it was impossible to clean it. The sofas and the dining tables were dirty and sticky on all sides. We also had to clean these; The cupboards in the bedrooms were also dirty and dusty and were cleaned by us before we dared to put our clothes in them; The air in the house was musty and especially in the hall it smelled really bad. We loved this house and were surprised, the house was surrounded by a large manicured garden with a fire pit. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and there is to see that there is great care taken during the renovation. The living room on the other hand looks a bit dark with a collection of special attributes. Furthermore, the most nearest supermarket and (decent) restaurant 12km further on in Kraslice. What we found was a pity the bill for the electricity bill charged to landlords us an excessive amount on meter readings that were baseless! We would have had to pay 150 euros for a week in the house with six person while we were away from it three days. Luckily we had a picture of the meter and then handed us 60 euro settled instead of 150 euros. Our advice is only good on this final settlement and take a photo of the meter, pay special attention!
