The location couldn't be better for those wanting to explore the Ardennes, We loved being close to the Labyrinths and Parc des Topiaires, The chalet was clean and had a lovely rustic charm

We had a blast at Chalet 8 near Durbuy! The hot tub was a lifesaver after a day of hiking around the beautiful village, The place was super clean and had everything we needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds, We enjoyed BBQ nights on the balcony, too, Just a short drive to Durbuy Adventure, which was awesome, Only downside was the WiFi was a bit spotty, but we managed, Would def stay again!

Much smaller than it looked in the pictures, but that is not a drama in itself. The house could be charming, but urgently needs some chores. Moreover, it was not at all tidy when we arrived, quite a few spider webs, but also found a pile of dog hair. The terrace is nice, pleasant view ... except for the private garden, because that is half overgrown. If you can pick blackberries in your own garden, that is an advantage with a big disadvantage, the house really loses charm because of the state of the garden.
The petanque court is pico bello, but we expected a set of balls here.
In short, we really expected much more

House was a bit disappointing. Some not very clean and much damaged.
In addition, nothing was mentioned about electricity costs and heating costs and this was simply deducted from the deposit, even though we had pointed this out upon arrival and departure. According to Ardennes online (landlord) this was Belvilla's mistake and Belvilla again points to Ardennes online. It is now four weeks later and still no decent solution.

Bad beds, bad room, smelly, far too expensive, no maintenance, very noisy (the wood in the house creaks), doors make a lot of noise, so much does not work in the house.
