Stayed for the 3rd time in this park. Small ski resort, but with small children is fine. The whole area is hospitality asset! Chalet is fine and fully equipped. Only downside was poor cleaning (dirty bathroom, dusty bedroom). Having mastered cleanup message received at reception and discount of € 100 for final cleaning.

we had to 3x booked a house in the Alps Park. Previous 2x gave birth this very well. This time house nr10. This house we saw on dirty, defective lamps and also lacked a lot like crockery, broom and many other things. The house was occupied by the owner that week! Englishmen. We have this reported to the front desk and still have sent along the cleaning. All in all had a nice week.

We have visited this house with three families, which was perfectly possible, given the number of rooms and en-suite bathrooms. Located about 1 km from the ski slopes. Only parking is sometimes a challenge and please note that you will need snow chains, as it has a lot of snow. Furthermore, a great location and a beautiful home.

The accomodation is very nice and of a high standard. The ski slopes are well prepared every day. Theere are delicious foods in the &quothutte&quot-s. The amount of snow is more than enough. All in all the best circumstances to have an unforgottable holiday.
However, the hostility of the staff is extremly poor, first they have given a lower class chalet for us (one bedroom less), there is no guidance map given to the newcomer (only one sheet of map is available for every customer to show), nothing is said about the dangers of the icey routes to the appartments (usage of snow chains unless you have a 4X4 car), no indication of one way direction (20 minutes traffic jams, due to lack of indication), no information about the fact that the ski bus is not able to reach its destinations inside the park, at the end of the day of arrival the staff was very arrogant, etc.

Nice house, but very noisy. The bedrooms are quite small. Hooks for ski clothes to be dried and towels are too few available. It is not a ski storage available in sufficient quantity. Boot dryers for 10 pair in a house for 11 persons is at least one too few. On the positive side is the good equipment with gas fireplace, hot tub with views, good kitchen facilities and a smooth delivery. Also, the location is quiet.

unfortunately it was the wrong house, 4 stars instead of 5 stars, which we were suddenly eg with the problem that we missed a bathroom. The house was unfortunately very, very, very noisy.

The chalet is beautifully situated with a magnificent view. Luxurious and fully furnished and very spacious! Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk. In itself it is pretty chalet near the ski lifts, but the rising / falling away quite tough to walk. "In the morning there was an hour of the possibility for the chalet in a van to move it to the lifts went. On the way back was not there and you had most of the way back lopen.De bread service is great! The supermarket is only in the village one kilometer away or 20. The village is just a cute little shop with some bread and soda / beer and fun souvenirs. many cozy restaurants, even on the slopes.

We have just returned from a week with two families winter. Great house, nicely decorated, spacious with enough bathrooms for everyone. The Baker-to-door is fine, as are the opportunities to pick up food at the local pizzeria, the supermarket you have just 20 minutes in the car, but then you find a good shop. The only drawback we found is that the area as a real family area is defined, but the slopes can be found almost exclusively red runs ... and with 3 children 6,7 and 8 years old is a bit too much to ask There was one beautiful long blue downhill and that is what we have done several times daily, but more variation was therefore not for them. In that respect I certainly would not return, but otherwise we are very happy with the house and the organization!

Very accessible recommendable holiday home with generous amenities, even when fully Belegung.Schöne area in the summer, many excursions on foot or by car. Minor restrictions by construction operations, as the plant is still expanding, it must be said that we have been advised of Belvilla out ==> Thank you! . Shops in the places around there, very good pizza place in town with delivery service and several restaurants, including a delivery service, you can take on as required. The houses are relatively close together, and you can see within a few isolated residues of construction activities / building remains. Parking for vehicles at the edge of the through road / available on the houses.

Beautiful house with all modern trimmings. Because the houses until 1 december 2011 were completed there was still some things not in order. Good holiday and definitely recommended for families with children who still attend ski school. Never met such friendly Austrians.

The ski area is very quiet - even during the busy holiday crocus. ideal with small children. the house is not on the slopes - which is about 10 minutes. keep in mind that there is no shop in the village - this is in a village 20 mins away. Morning, the baker, however, bring sandwiches to order.

The house is very modern and very well equipped. Unfortunately, the rooms are very small and especially noisy. Also, the house was not completely finished, so that the wall heater in the bathroom was missing and some of the windows could not be opened because the handles were missing. Less suitable for families with small children because there is no stair gate was available and the fire did not burn protection. The location is good, on-site service very courteous and hard-working.
